- 질량%로, C: 0.10% 이상 0.20% 미만,
Si: 0.5% 이하,
Mn: 0.25∼0.65%,
P: 0.03% 이하,
S: 0.010% 이하,
sol.Al: 0.10% 이하,
N: 0.0065% 이하,
Cr: 0.05∼0.50%,
B: 0.0005∼0.005%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 갖고, 페라이트와 시멘타이트로 이루어지는 마이크로 조직을 갖고, 추가로 전체 시멘타이트 수에 대한 원 상당 직경 0.1㎛ 이하의 시멘타이트 수의 비율이 12% 이하이고, 강판 중에 고용하고 있는 Cr량이 0.03∼0.50%이고, 경도가 HRB로 73 이하, 전체 신장이 37% 이상인 고탄소 열연 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
질량%로, 추가로 Ti: 0.06% 이하를 함유하는 고탄소 열연 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
질량%로, 추가로, Sb, Sn 중 적어도 1종을 합계로 0.002∼0.03%를 함유하는 고탄소 열연 강판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 페라이트의 평균 입경이 5∼15㎛인 고탄소 열연 강판. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
질량%로, 추가로, Nb: 0.0005∼0.1%, Mo: 0.0005∼0.1%, Ta: 0.0005∼0.1%, Ni: 0.0005∼0.1%, Cu: 0.0005∼0.1%, V: 0.0005∼0.1%, W: 0.0005∼0.1% 중 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 고탄소 열연 강판. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고탄소 열연 강판의 제조 방법으로서, 강을 열간 조압연 후, 마무리 압연 종료 온도: Ar3 변태점 이상에서 마무리 압연을 행하고, 그 후 평균 냉각 속도: 20∼100℃/sec로 700℃까지 냉각하고, 권취 온도: 580℃ 초과∼700℃에서 권취하여 상온까지 냉각한 후, 어닐링 온도: Ac1 변태점 미만에서 유지하는 고탄소 열연 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고탄소 열연 강판의 제조 방법으로서, 강을 열간 조압연 후, 마무리 압연 종료 온도: Ar3 변태점 이상에서 마무리 압연을 행하고, 그 후 평균 냉각 속도: 20∼100℃/sec로 700℃까지 냉각하고, 권취 온도: 580℃ 초과∼700℃에서 권취하여 상온까지 냉각한 후, Ac1 변태점 이상 Ac3 변태점 이하로 가열하여 0.5h 이상 유지하고, 이어서 1∼20℃/h의 평균 냉각 속도로 Ar1 변태점 미만으로 냉각하여, Ar1 변태점 미만에서 20h 이상 유지하는 고탄소 열연 강판의 제조 방법.
