Abstract
Description
도 2(a)는 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1 내지 2에 따라 제작된 전극에서 슬러리 전체 바인더 함량에 따른 접착력의 차이를 보여주는 막대 그래프이고, 도 2(b)는 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1에 따라 제작된 전극에서 SAICAS test 결과이고, 도 2(c)는 실시예 5 내지 8, 및 비교예 6에 따라 제작된 전극에서 율속의 변화에 따른 방전율의 변화를 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 3(a)는 실시예 1, 3, 9, 10 및 비교예 1 및 7에 따라 제작된 전극에서 제1활물질층 및 제2활물질층의 바인더 함량에 따른 계면 저항 값의 차이를 보여주는 막대 그래프이고, 도 3(b)는 실시예 5, 7, 11, 12 및 비교예 4 및 9에 따라 제작된 하프셀에서 전극 계면에서의 저항 값의 차이를 보여주는 막대 그래프이고 도 3(c)는 실시예 1, 3, 4, 9 및 10, 및 비교예 1, 8, 9 및 13에 따라 제작된 전극에서 바인더 함량에 따른 활물질층과 집전체 사이의 접착력 차이를 보여주는 막대 그래프이고, 도 3(d)는 실시예 5, 7, 11 및 12, 및 비교예 4, 11 및 12에 따라 제작된 하프셀에서 율속의 변화에 따른 방전율의 변화를 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 기재; 및
상기 기재상에 배치되고, 활물질을 포함하는 복수의 활물질층을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 활물질층 중 적어도 하나의 층은 바인더를 포함하고,
상기 바인더의 함량은 상기 복수의 활물질층 전체 중량 100을 기준으로 1.0 중량부 내지 1.7 중량부인, 이차전지용 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 활물질층 중 어느 한 층은 바인더를 포함하고, 나머지 층은 바인더를 포함하지 않거나, 또는
상기 복수의 활물질층 각각이 서로 다른 함량의 바인더를 포함하는, 이차전지용 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 상기 활물질층 내에서 불균일하게 분포하는, 이차전지용 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재는 전기전도성 기재를 포함하고,
상기 바인더는 상기 기재로부터 멀어질수록 낮아지는 농도 구배를 갖는, 이차전지용 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 활물질층은 제1활물질층 및 제2활물질층을 포함하며,
상기 기재 및 상기 제1활물질층 사이에 제2활물질층이 배치되고,
상기 제2활물질층은 제2바인더를 포함하는, 이차전지용 전극. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1활물질층 및 상기 제2활물질층은 5:5 초과 0:10 이하의 중량비로 바인더를 포함하는, 이차전지용 전극. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1활물질층 및 상기 제2활물질층은 5:5 초과 내지 1:9 이하의 중량비로 바인더를 포함하는, 이차전지용 전극. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2바인더의 함량은 제2활물질층 전체 100 중량부를 기준으로 1 중량부 내지 3 중량부 이하인, 이차전지용 전극.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1활물질층 및 제2활물질층의 두께는 각각 60 ㎛ 내지 210 ㎛이고, 상기 제1활물질층 및 제2활물질층의 두께는 동일하거나 상이한, 이차전지용 전극. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1활물질층의 두께는 100 ㎛ 내지 210 ㎛이고,
상기 제2활물질층의 두께는 60 ㎛ 내지 150 ㎛인, 이차전지용 전극. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1활물질층 및 제2활물질층의 두께비는 7:3 내지 5:5인, 이차전지용 전극. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이차전지용 전극을 포함하는 이차전지.
