Claims (8)
- 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템으로서, (A*) TiCl3와 MgCl2의 활성화된 복합체를 포함하는 활성화된 지글러-나타 촉매, (B) 소수성 전처리된 흄드 실리카, 및 유효량의 (C) 20:80 내지 80:20의 TEAl/DEAC 중량/중량 비의 트리에틸알루미늄(TEAl)과 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드(DEAC)의 활성화제 혼합물; 또는 이들의 활성화 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, (C) 활성화제 혼합물의 유효량은 25:75 내지 75:25의 TEAl/DEAC 중량/중량 비인, 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 (Ared) TiCl3와 MgCl2의 복합체를 화학적으로-환원시킨 화학적 환원 생성물을 포함하는 환원된 지글러-나타 촉매 및 (B) 소수성 전처리된 흄드 실리카를 포함하는 환원된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템을 유효량의 (C) 활성화제 혼합물과 접촉시킴으로써, 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 에틸렌(단량체) 및 선택적으로 0, 1 또는 그 이상의 (C3-C20)알파-올레핀(공단량체(들))을 제1항 또는 제2항의 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템, 또는 제3항의 방법의 이러한 생성물과 접촉시켜, 폴리에틸렌 동종중합체 또는 에틸렌/(C3-C20)알파-올레핀 공중합체 각각 및 활성화된 분무-건조된 지글러-나타 촉매 시스템, 또는 이들의 부산물을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 1, 2 또는 그 이상의 기체상 중합 반응기에서 (공)중합 조건 하에 분자 수소 가스(H2) 및 선택적으로 유도 축합제(ICA)의 존재 하에 기체상 중합함으로써, 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고; 상기 (공)중합 조건은 80℃ 내지 110℃의 반응 온도; 0.001 내지 0.050의 에틸렌에 대한 분자 수소 가스의 몰 비; 및 0.005 내지 0.10의 에틸렌에 대한 공단량체의 몰 비를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 (C3-C20)알파-올레핀(공단량체(들))을 공중합하여, 에틸렌/(C3-C20)알파-올레핀 공중합체 조성물을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
