Claims (13)
- 양극 집전체 상에 형성된, 양극 활물질 및 고체 전해질을 포함하는 복합 양극을 제조하는 단계;
음극 집전체 상에 형성된, 음극 활물질 및 고체 전해질을 포함하는 복합 음극을 제조하는 단계;
상기 복합 양극 및 복합 음극 사이에 고체 전해질을 위치시켜 적층하는 단계; 및
상기 적층한 복합 양극 / 고체 전해질 / 복합음극을 온간 등방압 성형을 하는 단계;
를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 양극은 도전재 및 바인더를 더 포함하고,
상기 양극 활물질은 70 내지 80 중량%, 상기 고체 전해질은 10 내지 15 중량%, 상기 도전재는 5 내지 10 중량%, 상기 바인더는 5 내지 7 중량%를 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 음극은 도전재 및 바인더를 더 포함하고,
상기 음극 활물질은 65 내지 75 중량%, 상기 고체 전해질은 15 내지 20 중량%, 상기 도전재는 5 내지 10 중량%, 상기 바인더는 5 내지 7 중량%를 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은,
LiCoO2, LiMn2O4, LiNiO2, LiFePO4, LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 리튬 이차 전지 제조방법.

상기 도전재는,

가압력은 100 내지 1000 kgf/cm2 인 리튬 이차 전지 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층한 복합 양극 / 고체 전해질 / 복합음극을 온간 등방압 성형을 하는 단계;에서,
온도는 40 내지 80 ℃ 인 리튬 이차 전지 제조방법.
