Claims (15)
- 개구(3)를 갖는 단부까지 뻗어 있는 돌출부(2)를 일측에 갖는 인클로저;
외부 기기에 연결되도록 구성된 전기 인터페이스(4); 및
일단은 전기 인터페이스와 결합되고 타단은 상기 개구를 통해 외부로 돌출하는 전극 피스의 일부를 통해 환자 피부와 상호작용하도록 구성된 전기 전도성 전극 피스(5)를 포함하고,
상기 전극 피스는:
일측에 전기 인터페이스에 결합된 전기 전도성 고체소자(16, 15); 및
상기 개구를 통해 외부로 돌출하고 상기 고체소자와 환자 피부 사이에 인터페이스를 형성하도록 구성된 전기 전도성 연질 변형소자(7, 14)를 포함하는 신경 조절 전극(1)의 어셈블리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
돌출부는 실질적으로 원추형, 실질적으로 피라미드 형상, 종 모양, 실질적으로 절두 원추형, 실질적으로 원통형 형상, 실질적으로 직육면체 형상, 실질적으로 프리즘 형상 또는 실질적으로 다각형 형상으로부터 선택된 형상을 갖는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 연질 변형소자는 전기 전도성 필라멘트를 갖거나 갖지 않는 겔, 고무, 폴리머 또는 파라핀으로부터 선택된 재료로 제조되는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 연질 변형소자는 적어도 부분적으로 중공이고 상기 전기 전도성 고체소자는 상기 전도성 연질 변형소자 내에 수용되는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 연질 변형소자는 상기 전기 전도성 고체소자를 덮고 0.005 내지 15 mm의 두께를 갖는 접촉부를 갖는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 연질 변형소자는 0Ω 내지 250Ω의 전기 저항을 갖는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인클로저는 상기 돌출부를 연장하는 베이스(6)를 더 포함하고, 상기 돌출부는 베이스에 탈착식으로 부착되며, 상기 전기 전도성 고체소자는 베이스와 고정되고, 전기 전도성 연질 변형소자는 상기 돌출부와 상기 베이스 사이에 유지되는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
탈착식 홀더는 스냅 피팅 및/또는 적어도 하나의 나사 또는 접착층 또는 후크 앤 루프 체결구에 의해 베이스에 부착되는 신경 조절 전극의 어셈블리. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
