Claims (14)
- 반원환 형상의 반할 스러스트 베어링으로서, 축선 방향력을 받기 위한 슬라이딩면과, 상기 슬라이딩면의 반대측의 배면을 갖고, 기판 상에 피복된 수지 피복층이 상기 슬라이딩면을 형성하고 있는 반할 스러스트 베어링에 있어서,
수지 피복층의 두께가, 상기 반할 스러스트 베어링의 둘레 방향 중앙부에서 최대이고, 상기 반할 스러스트 베어링의 둘레 방향 양단부를 향하여 작아지고 있는, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 둘레 방향 중앙부가, 원주 각도로 75°∼105°의 위치인, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반할 스러스트 베어링의 둘레 방향을 따라서 상기 반할 스러스트 베어링을 보았을 때, 상기 반할 스러스트 베어링의 상기 슬라이딩면이, 상기 둘레 방향 중앙부에서 돌출한 볼록 형상의 윤곽을 갖고 있는, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면의 상기 윤곽이 곡선으로 구성되는, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면의 상기 윤곽이 직선으로 구성되는, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 식에 의해 규정되는 상기 수지 피복층의 두께의 원주 각도에 대한 곡선의 접선의 기울기가 최대가 되는 위치가, B 위치로부터 15°∼65° 떨어져 있는 위치에 있는, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 곡선의 접선의 기울기가 최대가 되는 위치가, B 위치로부터 20°∼60° 떨어져 있는 위치에 있는, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 식에 의해 규정되는 t(θ)/tmax×100의 원주 각도에 대한 곡선의 접선의 최대 기울기가, 0.10∼1.20인, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 접선의 최대 기울기가 0.15∼0.90인, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 2개의 반할 스러스트 베어링으로 이루어지는 스러스트 베어링으로서, 당해 2개의 반할 스러스트 베어링 중 적어도 하나가, 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반할 스러스트 베어링인, 스러스트 베어링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
내연 기관의 크랭크 축의 축선 방향력을 받기 위한 반할 스러스트 베어링인, 반할 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반할 스러스트 베어링을 구비한 베어링 장치.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 베어링 장치를 갖는 내연 기관.
