Abstract
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 섬기린초 추출물을 단백질들과 결합하여 나노 사이즈 입자의 복합체를 만듦으로써, 기존의 섬기린초 추출물 자체보다 식품 내지 화장품등에 첨가하여 사용하는 경우 높은 용해도 및 안정성을 가지는 섬기린초 추출물 복합체를 제공할 수 있다.
Description
도 2(a)는 본 발명의 일 형태에 따른 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)의 입자 크기 및 PDI(Poly disperse index), 도 2(b)는 제타 포텐셜(ζ-potential)을 나타낸다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 형태에 따른 섬기린초 추출물(ST), 제인(Zein), 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 복합체(ST-Zein)를 퓨리에 변환 적외선 분광법(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, FTIR)을 이용하여 측정한 스펙트럼을 나타낸다.
도 4(a)는 본 발명의 일 형태에 따른 물속에 용해된 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 복합체(ST-Zein), 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)를 동결 건조하여 분리한 후 다시 물에 녹인 경우에 침전물이 형성여부 및 이 경우 ST-Zein-Casein의 입자크기, PDI 값을 나타내고 도 4(b)는 ST-Zein-Casein를 다시 물에 녹였을 때의 제타 포텐셜(ζ-potential) 값을 나타낸다.
도 5 (a)는 본 발명의 일 형태에 따른 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)가 녹아있는 용액의 pH에 따른 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)의 입자 크기 및 PDI 값을 나타내고, 도 (b)는 제타 포텐셜, 도 (c)는 용액의 pH에 따른 용해된 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 복합체(ST-Zein), 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)의 침전여부를 나타내고 있다.
도 6(a)는 본 발명의 일 형태에 따른 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)의 수용액에 염화나트륨(NaCl)을 첨가하여 수용액의 농도를 달리한 경우 입자 크기 및 PDI 값을 나타내고, 도 6(b)는 제타포텐셜 값을 나타낸다. 도 6(c)는 섬기린초 추출물과 제인 및 카제인 복합체(ST-Zein-Casein)의 수용액에 염화나트륨(NaCl)을 첨가하여 수용액의 농도를 달리한 경우 복합체의 침전여부를 나타내고 있다.

Claims (6)
- 섬기린초 추출물, 제인(Zein) 및 카제인을 포함하는 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체는 상기 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체 중량 대비 상기 섬기린초 추출물을 13 내지 15, 상기 제인(Zein)은 25 내지 30, 상기 카제인은 55 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체.
- (a) 섬기린초추출물과 옥수수 추출 단백질을 결합한 복합체를 유기용매에 용해시키는 단계;
(b) 카제인을 물에 용해시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 (a)단계와 상기(b)단계에서 제조된 용액을 혼합하는 단계;
(d) 상기 (c)단계를 거친 혼합 용액에서 유기 용매를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 (d)단계 이후 상기 (d)단계를 거친 혼합 용액에서 물을 제거하는 단계를 더 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체 제조방법은 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노복합체 중량 대비 상기 섬기린초 추출물을 13 내지 15, 상기 옥수수 추출 단백질은 25 내지 30, 상기 카제인은 55 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유기 용매는 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬기린초 추출물 단백질 나노 복합체의 제조방법.
