Abstract
통기성재, 흡음재를 충전한 허니콤재, 반사재를 적층하여 서로 접착해 흡차음 허니콤 패널을 형성할 때, 허니콤재 벽면의 두께가 얇아 통기성재와의 접착이 선과 면의 접착이 되기 때문에 어렵고, 접착 강도가 낮다는 과제가 있었다.
<해결 수단>
흡수성 허니콤재를 사용하여, 그 셀의 벽면 단부를 수용계 접착제에 침지시키고, 그 단부를 일정 시간 들여 유연화시킨 후에, 접착하는 상대인 통기성재에 강하게 압착하여 선단 부분을 역T자형으로 변형시킴으로써 접착 면적을 확대하면서 접착한다.

Claims (5)
- 적어도 폼재를 충전한 흡수성 허니콤재와 통기성재를 적층하여 양자를 접착한 흡차음 허니콤 패널의 제조 방법으로서, 그 흡수성 허니콤재의 벽면의 일방의 선단부를 수용성 접착제에 침지시키고, 그 선단부가 그 수용성 접착제의 수분을 흡수하여 연화했을 때를 가늠하여, 그 선단부를 그 통기성재에 강하게 압착하여, 그 선단부를 변형시키는 것에 의해 접착 면적을 확대하고, 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음 허니콤 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
수용성 접착제가 에멀션계 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음 허니콤 패널의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 경질 페놀 폼재 또는 경질 우레탄 폼재를 포함한 연통 기포를 갖는 경질 흡수성 폼재를 흡수성 허니콤재에 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음 허니콤 패널의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
함수 규산마그네슘 또는 수산화알루미늄 중 어느 것, 및 펄프를 포함하고 있는 흡수성 허니콤재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음 허니콤 패널의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
알루미늄 합금 섬유 부직포를 통기성재로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음 허니콤 패널의 제조 방법.
