Abstract
본 발명의 착색 도금강판 제조방법은, CGL(Continuous Galvanized Line) 공정에서, 소지강판을, 욕 온도가 440~465℃이고, 중량%로 Al: 1.1~1.7%, Mg: 1.1 ~1.7%, Zn: 96.6~97.8% 및 불순물을 포함하는 마그네슘이 함유된 용융아연도금욕에 연속적으로 침지한 후 건조함으로써 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하는 공정; 그리고 상기 CGL 공정의 후단에 후처리 장치인 착색 도장장치를 설치하여, 상기 제조된 용융아연합금 도금강판 표면에, 중량%로, Si화합물 0.5~5%, 수용성 음이온 우레탄-아크릴 공중합체 수지 48~58%, 크롬 환원제 0.3~5%, Chromium trioxide 0.2~5%, 불소변성 PE계 왁스 1~5%, 안료 1~10% 및 잔부 물을 포함하는 착색 도장용액을 코팅한 후 건조함으로써 착색 도장층을 형성하는 공정;을 포함한다.

Claims (3)
- CGL(Continuous Galvanized Line) 공정에서, 소지강판을, 욕 온도가 440~465℃이고, 중량%로 Al: 1.1~1.7%, Mg: 1.1 ~1.7%, Zn: 96.6~97.8% 및 불순물을 포함하는 마그네슘이 함유된 용융아연도금욕에 연속적으로 침지한 후 건조함으로써 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하는 공정; 그리고
상기 CGL 공정의 후단에 후처리 장치인 착색 도장장치를 설치하여, 상기 제조된 용융아연합금 도금강판 표면에, 중량%로, Si화합물 0.5~5%, 수용성 음이온 우레탄-아크릴 공중합체 수지 48~58%, 크롬 환원제 0.3~5%, Chromium trioxide 0.2~5%, 불소변성 PE계 왁스 1~5%, 안료 1~10% 및 잔부 물을 포함하는 착색 도장용액을 코팅한 후 건조함으로써 착색 도장층을 형성하는 공정;을 포함하는 CGL 공정을 이용한 고내식 착색 도금강판 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 도장층을 형성하는 공정에서, 착색 도장용액을 1100~4000㎎/㎡ 범위의 부착량으로 코팅한 후, 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CGL 공정을 이용한 고내식 착색 도금강판 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 도장층의 두께가 1~4㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 CGL 공정을 이용한 고내식 착색 도금강판 제조방법.
