Claims (44)

- 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 코팅 조성물은 상기 코팅 조성물 중 총 수지 고형물을 기준으로, 중합된 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 유래 수지 고형물이 70 중량% 초과로 함유되는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유화 중합된 스테이지들 중 적어도 하나는 적어도 50 중량%의 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 단량체들로부터 형성되는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유화 중합된 스테이지들 중 적어도 하나는 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 및 부틸 메타크릴레이트 중 하나 이상을 적어도 80 중량% 포함하는 단량체들로부터 형성되는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유화 중합된 스테이지들 중 적어도 하나는 멀티-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 포함하는 단량체들로부터 형성되는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제30항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스는 구배 Tg를 갖는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물에는 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 및 비스페놀 S 각각이 실질적으로 없는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제32항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 할로겐화 단량체를 사용하여 제조되지 않는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물에는 스티렌 및 치환된 스티렌 화합물이 실질적으로 없는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 상기 라텍스를 제조하는 데 사용되는 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 성분 및 중합성 단량체들의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 중량% 이하의 아크릴아미드-유형 단량체를 포함하거나 이로부터 유도되는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제37항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 코팅 조성물은 점도(포드 컵(Ford Cup) #2, 25℃)가 20 내지 80초이고, 식품 또는 음료 캔을 위한 인사이드 스프레이(inside spray) 코팅 조성물인, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제38항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 코팅 조성물은, 355 mL no. 211 2-피스 드로잉 및 아이어닝된(drawn and ironed) 알루미늄 음료 캔의 내부 상에 캔당 115 밀리그램 코팅 중량으로 스프레이 적용되고, 188℃ 내지 199℃(캔 돔(dome)에서 측정됨)에서 55초 동안 경화될 때, 하기를 나타내는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법:
(i) 50 ppm 미만의 전반적 추출(global extraction) 결과; 및

- 제1항 내지 제40항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수성 코팅 조성물은, 355 mL no. 211 2-피스 드로잉 및 아이어닝된 알루미늄 음료 캔의 내부 상에 캔당 115 밀리그램 코팅 중량으로 스프레이 적용되고, 188℃ 내지 199℃(캔 돔에서 측정됨)에서 55초 동안 경화될 때, 본 명세서에 개시된 낙하 손상 후 금속 노출(Metal Exposure after Drop Damage) 시험에 따라 시험될 때 3.5 mA 미만의 금속 노출을 제공하는, 조성물, 물품 또는 방법.
