Claims (9)
- 차량의 자동차 서스펜션 스트럿에서 서스펜션 스프링(2)과 함께 사용하기 위한 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(1)으로서, 상대적으로 회전하는 상부 및 하부 환형 베어링 부재(3, 50; 4, 51)를 갖고, 서로 직면하여 정렬되어 배치되는 상부 및 하부 베어링 표면을 각각 갖는 베어링을 포함하고, 상기 하부 베어링 표면은 서스펜션 스프링(2)의 상단부를 축 방향으로 수용하도록 형상화된 윤곽을 갖고, 상기 상부 베어링 표면은 차량의 몸체에 부착된 지지 블록에 의해 축 방향으로 수용되도록 형성되는, 상기 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(1)에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(1)은 탄성 재료로 제조되고 상부 베어링 표면에 고정된 상부 아이솔레이터(9)를 더 포함하여, 상기 상부 아이솔레이터(9)는 상기 상부 환형 베어링 부재(3, 50)와 지지 블록 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(1)은 상부 캡(3)에 고정된 내부 링(50)을 갖는 베어링(5)을 포함하여, 상기 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(1)의 상부 환형 베어링 부재, 및 하부 캡(4)에 고정된 외부 링(51)을 형성하여, 상기 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링(1)의 하부 환형 베어링 부재를 형성하는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 환형 베어링 부재(3)는 상부 베어링 표면을 갖는 반경 방향 연장 플랜지(30), 및 보어(33)를 갖는 축 방향 연장 허브(31)를 포함하고, 상기 상부 아이솔레이터(9)는 상부 베어링 표면에 고정된 반경 방향 부분(90)과, 보어(33)에 고정된 축 부분(91)을 포함하는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 환형 베어링 부재(3)는 기계적 유지 특징부(35, 36)를 가지며, 상기 상부 아이솔레이터(9)는 상기 아이솔레이터(9)를 제 위치에 유지하기 위해 상기 기계적 유지 특징부(35, 36)와 정합하는 상보적인 유지 특징부(92, 93)를 갖는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 기계적 유지 특징부는 상기 상부 환형 베어링 부재(3)에 하나 이상의 그루브(35)을 포함하는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 기계적 유지 특징부는 상기 상부 환형 베어링 부재(3)를 통해 제공된 하나 이상의 구멍(36)을 포함하는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기계적 유지 특징부(36)는 상부 베어링 표면에 제공되는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기계적 유지 특징부는 상부 환형 베어링 부재(3)의 보어(33)에 제공되는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
탄성 재료로 제조되고 하부 베어링 표면에 고정된 하부 아이솔레이터(8)를 더 포함하여, 상기 상부 아이솔레이터(8)는 상기 하부 환형 베어링 부재(4)와 서스펜션 스프링(2) 사이에 끼워지는, 서스펜션 스러스트 베어링.
