Claims (11)
- 전기 모터(2)의 모터 지지부(6) 내에 배치된 모터 전자 시스템(10)의 인쇄회로기판(30)에 복수의 라인(20, 22)을 구비한 라인 세트(24)를 접속하기 위한 접속 장치(18)로서, 상기 접속 장치는,
- 라인들(20, 22)에 상응하는 개수의 버스바와, 이 버스바들이 함께 캡슐화되어 매립되어 있는 오버몰드 하우징(40)을 구비한 접점 어댑터(32); 및
- 제1 하우징 부재(34a)와 제2 하우징 부재(34b)를 구비한 접속 하우징(34);
을 포함하며,
상기 버스바들은, 오버몰드 하우징(40)으로부터 돌출되어 인쇄회로기판(30)과 접촉하기 위한 제1 접속 접점들(42, 44) 및 라인들(20, 22)의 도체 종단들(20a, 22a)과 접촉하기 위한 제2 접속 접점들(46, 48)을 포함하며,
상기 접속 하우징은 도체 종단들(20a, 22a)과 접촉되는 제2 접속 접점들(46, 48)을 에워싸고, 접점 어댑터(32)의 오버몰드 하우징(40)과 접합되는, 접속 장치(18). - 제1항에 있어서, 제2 접속 접점들(46, 48)은 오버몰드 하우징(40)으로부터 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 접속 접점들(46, 48)은, 도체 종단들(20a, 22a)과 납땜 결합된 접속 러그들로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접속 하우징(34)의 접합 상태에서, 제1 및 제2 하우징 부재(34a, 34b)는 오버몰드 하우징(40)의 칼라 윤곽부(58)를 형상 결합 방식으로 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 접속 접점들(42, 44)은 인쇄회로기판(30)을 위한 압입 끼워맞춤 접점들로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오버몰드 하우징(40)은 모터 지지부(6)의 하우징 벽부를 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오버몰드 하우징(40)은 모터 지지부(6)와 기계적으로 고정 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 하우징 부재(34a)와 제2 하우징 부재(34b) 사이에 형성된, 접속 하우징(34)의 공동부(36)가 경화된 봉입 컴파운드로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라인 세트(24)는 3개 이상, 특히 4개 이상, 특히 5개 이상의 라인(20, 22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접속 장치(18).
- 모터 전자 시스템(10)이 내부에 배치되어 있는 모터 지지부(6)와, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접속 장치(18)를 포함하는 전기 모터(2), 특히 자동차의 전기 냉각 팬 모터.
- 전기 모터(2)를 48V 전압 공급부에 접속하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접속 장치(18)의 용도.
