Claims (35)
- 길이 방향과 폭 방향을 갖고,
이하의 구성 A, 구성 B 또는 구성 C를 구비하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
구성 A: 광안정제를 포함하고, 폭 방향의 일단부측에서 상기 광안정제의 함유량이 많도록, 폭 방향에 있어서 상기 광안정제의 함유량에 분포를 가짐
구성 B: 자외선 차폐제를 포함하고, 폭 방향의 일단부측에서 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이 많도록, 폭 방향에 있어서 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량에 분포를 가짐
구성 C: 산화 방지제를 포함하고, 폭 방향의 일단부측에서 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이 많도록, 폭 방향에 있어서 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량에 분포를 가짐 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 A를 구비하고,
폭 방향의 일단부로부터 내측을 향해서 5%의 제1 영역에서, 상기 광안정제를 포함하고,
폭 방향의 상기 일단부와는 반대인 타단부로부터 내측을 향해서 5%의 제2 영역에서, 상기 광안정제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역 전체에서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 영역 전체에서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 B를 구비하고,
폭 방향의 일단부로부터 내측을 향해서 5%의 제1 영역에서, 상기 자외선 차폐제를 포함하고,
폭 방향의 상기 일단부와는 반대인 타단부로부터 내측을 향해서 5%의 제2 영역에서, 상기 자외선 차폐제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역 전체에서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 영역 전체에서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 C를 구비하고,
폭 방향의 일단부로부터 내측을 향해서 5%의 제1 영역에서, 상기 산화 방지제를 포함하고,
폭 방향의 상기 일단부와는 반대인 타단부로부터 내측을 향해서 5%의 제2 영역에서, 상기 산화 방지제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역 전체에서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 영역 전체에서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폭 방향의 일단부측에, 평면에서 보아 착색되어 있는 착색 부위를 갖고,
폭 방향의 상기 일단부와는 반대인 타단부측에, 평면에서 보아 착색되어 있지 않은 비착색 부위를 갖는, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구성 A를 구비하고,
상기 착색 부위에서, 상기 광안정제를 포함하고,
상기 비착색 부위에서, 상기 광안정제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 포함하고,
상기 착색 부위 전체에서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 비착색 부위 전체에서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구성 B를 구비하고,
상기 착색 부위에서, 상기 자외선 차폐제를 포함하고,
상기 비착색 부위에서, 상기 자외선 차폐제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 포함하고,
상기 착색 부위 전체에서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 비착색 부위 전체에서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구성 C를 구비하고,
상기 착색 부위에서, 상기 산화 방지제를 포함하고,
상기 비착색 부위에서, 상기 산화 방지제를 포함하지 않거나 또는 포함하고,
상기 착색 부위 전체에서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 비착색 부위 전체에서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 부위의 가시광선 투과율이, 상기 비착색 부위의 가시광선 투과율보다도 낮은, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폭 방향의 일단부측에서, 복수의 층을 구비하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폭 방향의 일단부측에 있어서의 층수와 폭 방향의 타단부측에 있어서의 층수가 상이한, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 이하인 층을 구비하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 층과, 상기 제1 층의 제1 표면측에 배치된 제2 층을 구비하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층의 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 이하인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 구성 A를 구비하고,
상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 구성 B를 구비하고,
상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 구성 C를 구비하고,
상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 부위에서, 착색제를 포함하는 착색층을 구비하고,
상기 착색층이, 상기 제1 층 내에 매립되어 있거나, 상기 제2 층 내에 매립되어 있거나, 상기 제1 층과 상기 제2 층 사이에 배치되어 있거나, 또는 상기 제2 층의 상기 제1 층측과는 반대측에 배치되어 있는, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 구성 A를 구비하고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제1 층 내에 매립되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제2 층 내에 매립되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제1 층과 상기 제2 층 사이에 배치되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 적고, 또한 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제2 층의 상기 제1 층측과는 반대측에 배치되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 적은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 구성 B를 구비하고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제1 층 내에 매립되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제2 층 내에 매립되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제1 층과 상기 제2 층 사이에 배치되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 적고, 또한 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제2 층의 상기 제1 층측과는 반대측에 배치되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 적은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 구성 C를 구비하고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제1 층 내에 매립되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제2 층 내에 매립되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제1 층과 상기 제2 층 사이에 배치되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 적고, 또한 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 적고,
상기 착색층이 상기 제2 층의 상기 제1 층측과는 반대측에 배치되어 있는 경우에, 상기 착색층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제2 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 적은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제18항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 착색층이, 상기 제2 층 내에 매립되어 있는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제13항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 층의 상기 제1 표면과는 반대인 제2 표면측에 배치된 제3 층을 구비하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 구성 A를 구비하고,
상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량이, 상기 제3 층에 있어서의 상기 광안정제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제23항에 있어서, 상기 구성 B를 구비하고,
상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량이, 상기 제3 층에 있어서의 상기 자외선 차폐제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제23항에 있어서, 상기 구성 C를 구비하고,
상기 제1 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량이, 상기 제3 층에 있어서의 상기 산화 방지제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 접합 유리 부재와 제2 접합 유리 부재 사이에 배치되어서 사용되는 중간막인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제23항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차량에 있어서, 외부 공간과 내부 공간 사이의 개구부에 설치되는 중간막이며,
상기 제2 층과 상기 제3 층 중 상기 제2 층측이 외부 공간측에 위치하도록, 상기 개구부에 설치되는 중간막인, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제28항에 있어서, 차량에 있어서, 외부 공간과 내부 공간 사이의 개구부에 설치되는 중간막이며,
폭 방향의 일단부측이 상기 개구부의 상측에 위치하도록, 상기 개구부에 설치되는 중간막인, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지를 포함하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리비닐아세탈 수지인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가소제를 포함하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1 접합 유리 부재와,
