Claims (4)
- 기판을 수납하는 용기 본체와,
상기 용기 본체의 개구를 폐지하는 덮개와,
상기 용기 본체와 상기 덮개 사이에 마련되는 환상의 패킹을 구비하는 기판 수납 용기로서,
상기 용기 본체는, 상기 패킹이 접촉하는 시일면이 형성되고,
상기 덮개는, 상기 패킹을 설치하는 설치홈이 형성되고,
상기 패킹은, 상기 설치홈에 끼워지는 본체부와, 상기 본체부로부터 연장 돌출된 연장 돌출편으로 형성되어 있고,
상기 연장 돌출편은, 상기 덮개의 폐지 방향에 있어서 상기 덮개의 측으로 돌출되는 돌기부와, 상기 돌기부보다 선단에 위치하는 시일부를 갖고,
상기 시일부는, 상기 시일면의 측 또한 상기 본체부의 측으로 반전하여, 상기 시일면에 접촉하는
것을 특징으로 하는 기판 수납 용기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일면과 상기 시일부의 접촉 위치는, 상기 덮개의 폐지 방향에서 볼 때, 상기 돌기부에 겹쳐지거나, 상기 돌기부보다 외측으로 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 수납 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연장 돌출편은, 상기 용기 본체에 대면하는 일면이, 상기 본체부로부터 상기 돌기부를 향함에 따라 상기 덮개에 접근하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 수납 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본체부는, 상기 연장 돌출편의 측에 있어서의 상기 용기 본체의 측 또는 상기 덮개의 측의 적어도 한쪽에 평탄한 면을 갖고, 상기 패킹을 상기 설치홈에 압입 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 수납 용기.
