Claims (12)
- 건조 분말 흡입기에서 사용하기 위한 흡입을 위한 분말 제제의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 분말은:
(A) 다음의 것을 포함하는 담체:

(b) 상기 담체의 총 중량을 기준으로 19.6 내지 4.9 중량%의, 생리학적으로 허용가능한 부형제의 미분화된 입자; 및
(c) 상기 담체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 0.4 중량%의, 지방산의 염; 및
(B) 활성 성분으로서 글리코피로니움 브로마이드, 장기 작용 β2-효능제(long-acting β2-agonist, LABA), 및 흡입성 코르티코스테로이드(inhaled corticosteroid, ICS)의 미분화된 입자;
를 포함하고,
상기 방법은:
(ⅰ) 글리코피로니움 브로마이드와 ICS의 제1 부분의 중량 비율이 80:20 내지 70:30의 범위로 구성된 마이크로입자를 공밀링(co-milling)으로 제조하는 단계(상기 마이크로입자의 부피 직경은 15 마이크론 이하임);
(ⅱ) 제1 혼합물을 얻기 위하여, 생리학적으로 허용가능한 부형제의 조입자, 상기 지방산의 염, 상기 생리학적으로 허용가능한 부형제의 미분화된 입자의 제1 부분, 상기 LABA의 미분화된 입자, 단계 (ⅰ)에서 얻은 공밀링된 마이크로입자, 및 상기 ICS의 나머지 부분을 쉐이커 믹서(shaker mixer)의 용기 내에서 적어도 16 r.p.m.의 회전 속도에서 적어도 60분의 시간 동안 혼합하는 단계; 및
(ⅲ) 제2 혼합물을 얻기 위하여, 상기 제1 혼합물에 상기 생리학적으로 허용가능한 부형제의 미분화된 입자의 나머지 부분을 첨가하고, 제제를 얻기 위하여 상기 제2 혼합물을 적어도 16 rpm의 회전 속도에서 적어도 120분의 시간 동안 혼합하는 단계;

상기 ICS는 베클로메타손 디프로피오네이트 및 이의 일수화물 형태, 부데소니드, 플루티카손 프로피오네이트, 플루티카손 푸로에이트, 및 모메타손 푸로에이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 LABA는 포모테롤, 살메테롤, 인다카테롤, 올로다테롤, 및 빌란테롤로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 ICS는 베클로메타손 디프로피오네이트이고, 상기 LABA는 포모테롤 푸마레이트 이수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지방산의 염은 마그네슘 스테아레이트; 소듐 스테아릴 푸마레이트; 소듐 스테아릴 락틸레이트; 소듐 라우릴 설페이트, 및 마그네슘 라우릴 설페이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 지방산의 염은 마그네슘 스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 (ⅱ)에서 상기 혼합은 20 내지 28 r.p.m 사이에 포함되는 회전 속도에서, 60 내지 120분 사이에 포함되는 시간 동안에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 (ⅲ)에서 상기 혼합은 16 내지 32 r.p.m 사이에 포함되는 회전 속도에서, 120 내지 180분 사이에 포함되는 시간 동안에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
