Abstract
상기의 구조로 이루어지는 양면테이프는 방수성능이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 내충격성이 우수한 완충층이 형성되어 우수한 내파괴성을 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- 기재층;
상기 기재층의 일면에 형성되는 완충층; 및
상기 완충층이 형성된 상기 기재층의 상부면 및 하부면에 형성되는 점착층;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 기재층;
상기 기재층의 양면에 형성되는 완충층; 및
상기 완충층이 형성된 상기 기재층의 상부면 및 하부면에 형성되는 점착층;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 기재층은 25 내지 100㎛의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 완충층은 10 내지 190㎛의 두께의 우레탄 발포체 또는 아크릴 발포체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 우레탄 발포체는 우레탄 수지 100 중량부, 용매 90 내지 110 중량부, 발포제 0.1 내지 5 중량부 및 경화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 우레탄 수지는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜과 이소포론디이소시아네이트를 중합하여 형성되며, 중량평균 분자량이 100000 내지 120000으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 발포체는 아크릴 수지 100 중량부, 용매 90 내지 110 중량부, 발포제 0.1 내지 5 중량부 및 경화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 수지는 노르말부틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 및 아크릴산으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 입자크기가 0.001 내지 50㎛이며, 아크릴로니트릴로 코팅된 탄화수소로 이루어지거나, 0.001 내지 50㎛의 입자크기를 갖는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 10 내지 190㎛의 두께로 형성되며, 아크릴 수지 100 중량부, 용매 90 내지 110 중량부 및 경화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 수지는 노르말부틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 및 아크릴산으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파괴성이 우수한 방수 양면테이프.
