Claims (3)
- 구동부(10)와, 상기 구동부(10)의 저면에 장착되는 결합부(20)와, 상기 결합부(20)의 하방에 설치되는 노즐부(30)와, 상기 결합부(20)의 측면에 장착되는 실린지부(40)를 포함하고, 상기 구동부(10)의 하단에는 진동 운동하는 태핏(50)이 노출되도록 설치되어 상기 결합부(20)를 통해 노즐부(30)로 삽입 장착되며, 상기 노즐부(30)의 저면에는 노즐(100)이 장착되는 고정밀 디스펜서에 적용되는 것으로,
상기 노즐(100)은,
본체(110)의 상단 중앙에는 유체물질이 수용되는 수용부(120)가 형성되고, 상기 본체(110) 하단의 돌출부(140) 내부에는 상기 수용홈(110)의 바닥면 중앙을 통해 유체물질이 분사되는 분사공(130)이 형성되고,
상기 돌출부(140)의 표면부(141)와 분사공(130) 출구가 형성되는 선단부(142) 표면에는 표면 마찰력을 감쇄시키기 위한 발수 코팅층(150)을 일정 두께 더 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅층을 형성한 고정밀 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발수 코팅층(150)은 DNC코팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅층을 형성한 고정밀 디스펜서의 노즐.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수용부(120)의 표면부(121)과, 상기 분사공(130)의 내부 표면부(131)에는 표면 마찰력을 감쇄시키기 위한 발수 코팅층(150)을 일정 두께 더 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅층을 형성한 고정밀 디스펜서의 노즐.
