Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실험예 2에 따른 리튬 이차전지의 2C 방전 용량 평가 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (11)
- 양극 집전체 상에 형성된 양극 합제층을 포함하는 양극;
음극 집전체 상에 형성된 음극 합제층을 포함하는 음극;
상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재되어 있는 분리막; 및
리튬염, 유기용매 및 제1 첨가제로 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 비수전해액을 포함하며,
상기 양극 합제층의 로딩 용량은 3.7 mAh/㎠ 내지 10 mAh/㎠ 이고,
상기 리튬염의 농도는 1.5M 내지 3M이며,
상기 유기용매는 환형 카보네이트계 유기용매 및 선형 카보네이트계 유기용매를 포함하는 혼합 용매이고,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은 비수전해액 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차전지.

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 불소로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기, 또는 -R1'-O-이고, 이때 R1'는 불소로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기이며,
R2는 불소로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌기 또는 -R2'-O-이고, 이때 R2'은 불소로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌기이며,
R3은 불소로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기이며,
R4는 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 탄화수소기고,
Ra 및 Rb는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기이며,
o, p, q 및 r은 반복단위 수이고,
o는 1 내지 5 중 어느 하나의 정수이고,
p는 1 내지 10 중 어느 하나의 정수이고,
r은 1 내지 5 중 어느 하나의 정수이며,
q는 1 내지 15 중 어느 하나의 정수이고,
b 및 c는 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 3 중 어느 하나의 정수이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층의 로딩 용량은 4 mAh/㎠ 내지 8 mAh/㎠ 인 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양극 합제층의 로딩 용량은 4 mAh/㎠ 내지 6 mAh/㎠ 인 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리튬염의 농도는 2M 내지 2.5M인 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 환형 카보네이트계 유기용매:선형 카보네이트계 유기용매는 0.5:9.5 내지 2:8 부피비로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물에서,
R1은 -R1'-O-이고, 이때 R1'는 불소로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기이고, R2는 -R2'-O-이고, 이때 R2'은 불소로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌기이며, R3은 불소로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌기인 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 첨가제는 비수전해액 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 3 중량%로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 첨가제는 비수전해액 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 1 중량%로 포함되는 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차전지는 0.33C 속도로 4.25V까지 CC-CV(constant current-constant voltage) 조건으로 충전하고, 60℃에서 6 주 동안 저장한 다음, 0.33C 속도로 2.5V까지 CC 조건으로 방전한 후의 용량 잔존율이 82% 이상인 것인 리튬 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 리튬 이차전지는 고온(45℃)에서 0.33C 속도로 4.25V까지 CC-CV 조건으로 충전하고, 0.1C 속도로 2.5V까지 CC 조건으로 방전하는 것을 1 사이클로 하여, 150 사이클을 실시한 후 측정한 용량 잔존률이 83% 이상인 것인 리튬 이차전지.
