상기 수상가옥(10)에 햇빛을 막아주는 지붕(20);
상기 수상가옥(10) 지붕 형태를 구성하는 솔라셀(21,22,23,24);
상기 수상가옥(10)에 2면이 만나는 지점에 구비된 풍력발전기(30);
상기 수상가옥(10) 전방하측과 후방 하측에 구비된 조력발생부표(40);
상기 수상가옥(10)에 환기가 되도록 구비된 창문(50);
상기 수상가옥(10) 냉방이 가능하도록 해수를 끌어 올리는 해수관(100);
상기 수상가옥(10)에서 냉방을 하고 따듯해진 물을 배출이 가능한 담수관(200);
상기 수상가옥(10)에서 생활용수를 사용가능하게 해수를 담아두는 해수통(110);
상기 해수통(110)에서 생활용수로 변환 가능하게 하는 반투막(120);
상기 반투막(120)을 통해 생활용수로 변환하여 보관하는 담수통(210);을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 담수화 및 냉난방 설비가 된 IT융복합 가옥.
