Claims (8)
- 제1 베어링부(3) 및 휠 베어링 플랜지(7)와 일체형으로 연결된 제2 베어링부(5)를 구비하며, 상기 베어링부들 사이에서 구름 요소가 가이드되는, 휠 베어링(2)을 위한 밀봉 장치로서, 밀봉 장치(1)가 제1 베어링부(3)와 연결된 캐리어 요소(12)를 구비하고, 상기 캐리어 요소(12) 상에는 탄성 요소(14)가 제공되며, 상기 탄성 요소(14)가 하나 이상의 밀봉 립(25, 26, 27)을 구비하며, 캐리어 요소(12)는 제1 베어링부(3)의 외주(13)와 연결된 고정 섹션(15)을 구비하며, 상기 탄성 요소(14) 상에는 고정 섹션(15)의 밀봉을 형성하는 밀봉 링(16)이 일체로 형성된, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치에 있어서,
상기 밀봉 링(16)이 제1 베어링부(3)의 외주(13)에 접하면서 원통형으로 주연을 둘러싸는 표면(17)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 고정 섹션(15)에는 반경방향 외부로 연장되고 밀봉 링(16)을 보강하는 보강 섹션(18)이 연결되는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 보강 섹션(18)이 L자 형상으로 형성되는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 베어링부(3)가 외주(13)에 함몰부(19)를 구비하는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 함몰부(19)에 원추형으로 확장되는 영역(20)이 연결되는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 요소(14)가 수집 홈통부(24)를 형성하는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 요소(8)가 제2 베어링부(5)와 연결되어 있고, 탄성 요소(14)의 하나 이상의 밀봉 립(26, 27)이 상기 접촉 요소(8)와 미끄럼 접촉 상태에 있는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 요소(14)의 하나 이상의 밀봉 립이 제2 베어링부(5) 및/또는 휠 베어링 플랜지(7)와 미끄럼 접촉 상태에 있는, 휠 베어링용 밀봉 장치.
