Claims (15)
- 액체 담체; 및
상기 액체 담체에 분산된 입자로서, 열가소성 수지; 및 제1 금속을 포함하는 코어 및 제2 금속을 포함하는 쉘을 포함하는 전기 전도성 금속 입자를 포함하되, 상기 쉘이 상기 코어를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸고, 상기 제1 금속 및 상기 제2 금속이 동일하지 않은, 입자
를 포함하는 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 금속 및 제2 금속이 구리, 은, 금, 백금, 티탄, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 로듐, 이리듐 및 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 금속이 구리이고, 제2 금속이 은인, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
금속 입자가 정전식 잉크 조성물의 고형분의 75 중량% 이상을 구성하는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
액체 담체에 분산된 입자가 액체 담체에 분산된 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 5 내지 약 25 중량%의 열가소성 수지; 및 액체 담체에 분산된 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 75 내지 약 95 중량%의 금속 입자를 포함하는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
쉘이 코어를 실질적으로 완전히 둘러싸는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
금속 입자가 약 1 내지 약 20 μm의 직경을 갖는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
금속 입자가 금속 입자의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 10 내지 약 40 중량%의 제2 금속을 포함하는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
열가소성 수지가 (i) 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌, 및 (ii) 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 에틸렌계 불포화 산의 공중합체; 및 이의 이오노머로부터 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
전하 디렉터(charge director)를 추가로 포함하는 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
액체 담체가 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물의 30 중량% 이상을 구성하는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 따른 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물을 잉크 용기에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물의 사용 방법.
- 액체 담체; 및 상기 액체 담체에 분산된 입자로서, 열가소성 수지; 및 제1 금속을 포함하는 코어 및 제2 금속을 포함하는 쉘을 포함하는 전기 전도성 금속 입자를 포함하되, 상기 쉘이 상기 코어를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸고, 상기 제1 금속 및 상기 제2 금속이 동일하지 않은, 입자를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
제1 금속 및 제2 금속이 구리, 은, 금, 백금, 티탄, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 로듐, 이리듐 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 전기 전도성 정전식 잉크 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
