Claims (15)
- 염료 디스퍼스 블루 165, 디스퍼스 레드 82, 디스퍼스 오렌지 29 및 디스퍼스 블루 60의 혼합물을 포함하는, 잉크젯 프린팅에서의 사용을 위한 블랙 잉크.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 염료 혼합물은 수성 용매 및, 잉크의 첨가제로 이루어진 수성 비히클 내에 분산되는 블랙 잉크.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 잉크의 총중량에 기초하여 다음을 포함하는 블랙 잉크:
- 70 내지 98%, 바람직하게는 70 내지 95%, 더욱 바람직하게는 82 내지 92%, 더욱 바람직하게는 88 내지 92%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 90 중량%의 상기 수성 비히클,
- 2 내지 30%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 30%, 더욱 바람직하게는 8 내지 18%, 더욱 바람직하게는 8 내지 12%, 여전히 더욱 바람직하게는 10 중량%의 상기 염료의 혼합물. - 제 1 내지 3항에 있어서, 잉크의 총중량에 기초하여 다음을 포함하는 블랙 잉크:
- 2 내지 10%, 바람직하게는 3 내지 8%, 더욱 바람직하게는 3 내지 6%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 4 중량%의 디스퍼스 블루 165,
- 0.5 내지 5%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 4%, 더욱 바람직하게는 2 내지 3%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 2.4 중량%의 디스퍼스 레드 82,
- 0.5 내지 5%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 4%, 더욱 바람직하게는 2 내지 3%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 2.6 중량%의 디스퍼스 오렌지 29, 및
- 0.5 내지 2%, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 1.5%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 1 중량%의 디스퍼스 블루 60. - 제 1 내지 4 항에 있어서, 25℃에서 20 및 40 mN/m 사이를 포함하는, 바람직하게는 25 및 35 mN/m 사이를 포함하는 표면 장력 및/또는 3 및 25℃에서 9 mPa*s 사이를 포함하는, 바람직하게는 4 및 8 mPa*s 사이를 포함하는 점도를 갖는 블랙 잉크.
- 제 1 내지 5항에 있어서, 상기 수성 용매는 물 및 유기 용매의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 물, 글리세롤 및 프로필렌 글리콜의 혼합물로 구성되는 블랙 잉크.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 잉크의 총중량에 기초하여, 2 내지 15%, 더욱 바람직하게는 5 내지 10%, 더욱 바람직하게는 7 내지 9%, 여전히 더욱 바람직하게는 8.5 중량%의 글리세롤, 1 내지 3%, 더욱 바람직하게는 1.5 내지 2.5%, 더욱 바람직하게는 2 중량%의 프로필렌 글리콜, 및 60 내지 90%, 바람직하게는 65 내지 85%, 더욱 바람직하게는 70 내지 80 중량%의 물을 포함하는 블랙 잉크.
- 제 1 내지 7항에 있어서, pH 조절제, 바람직하게는 2-아미노-2-메틸프로판-1-올, 계면활성제, 바람직하게는 에톡시화 아세틸렌 디올 및 분산 중합체를 추가로 함유하고, 및/또는 6 및 9 사이, 바람직하게는 7 및 8 사이를 포함하는, 여전히 더욱 바람직하게는 7.5의 pH를 갖는 블랙 잉크.
- 다음을 포함하는 잉크 세트:
- 제 1 내지 8항에 따르는 블랙 잉크, 및
- 수성 비히클 내 적어도 하나의 디스퍼스 염료를 포함하는, 시안, 마젠타, 옐로우, 레드, 바이올렛, 블루 및 오렌지 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 착색 잉크. - 제 9항에 있어서, 시안 잉크는 DB60, DB56, DB27, DB87, DB257, DB367, 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 분산 염료를 포함하고 및/또는 마젠타 잉크는 바람직하게는 DR76, DR92, DR86, DR89, DR5, DR75, DR121, DR127, DR132, DR145, DR159, DR164, DR179, DR184, DR189, DR191, 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 적어도 하나의 분산 염료를 포함하고 및/또는 옐로우 잉크는 DY5, DY42, DY33, DY50, DY59, DY114, DY79, DY83, DY98, DY100, DY122, DY139, DY140, DY160, DY199, DY201, DY204, DY206, DY224, DY231 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 분산 염료를 포함하고 및/또는 레드 잉크는 DR54, DR177, DR229, DR258 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 분산 염료를 포함하고 및/또는 바이올렛 잉크는 바람직하게는 DV26, DV57, DV37 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 분산 염료를 포함하고 및/또는 블루 잉크는 DB77, DB77:1, DB79, DB79:1, DB291:1, DB165, DB165:1, DB73 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 분산 염료를 포함하고 및/또는 오렌지 잉크는 DO44, DO29, DO30 및 그의 혼합물 중 선택된 분산 염료를 포함하는 잉크 세트.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 직물 상에 잉크젯-프린팅하기 위한 방법:
(a) 디지털 신호에 반응성인 잉크젯 프린터를 제공하고,
(b) 프린터에 프린트될 직물을 로딩하고,
(c) 프린터에 제 1 내지 8 항에 따르는 블랙 잉크 또는 9 또는 10 항에 따르는 잉크 세트를 로딩하고,
(d) 디지털 신호에 반응하여 상기 잉크를 사용함에 의해 직물을 프린팅하고,
임의로
(e) 가열에 의해 직물 상에 프린트된 잉크를 고정하고,
(f) 디지털적으로 프린트된 직물을 세척하는 것. - 제 11항에 있어서, 직물은 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르 블렌드로 제조되는 방법.
- 바람직하게는 직물의 잉크젯 프린팅을 위한, 제 1 내지 8 항에 따르는 블랙 잉크 또는 9 또는 10 항에 따르는 잉크 세트의 용도.
- 수성 비히클 내에 분산된 다음 염료의 혼합물을 포함하는, 제 1 내지 8항에 따르는 블랙 잉크를 제조하기 위한 조성물:
- 상기 조성물의 총중량에 기초하여 5 내지 20%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 15%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 8 중량%의 디스퍼스 블루 165;
- 2 내지 10%, 바람직하게는 3 내지 8%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 4.8 중량%의 디스퍼스 오렌지 29,
- 2 내지 10%, 바람직하게는 3 내지 8%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 5.2 중량%의 디스퍼스 레드 82, 및
- 0.5 내지 5%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 3%, 심지어 더욱 바람직하게는 2 중량%의 디스퍼스 블루 60. - 제 14항에 있어서, 수성 비히클은 글리세롤 및 물의 혼합물로 구성되거나 및/또는 분산 중합체를 추가로 포함하고, 바람직하게는 상기 조성물의 총중량에 기초하여 5 내지 15%, 바람직하게는 6 내지 10%, 여전히 더욱 바람직하게는 8 중량%의 글리세롤, 및/또는 상기 조성물의 총중량에 기초하여 5 내지 30%, 바람직하게는 6 내지 15%, 여전히 더욱 바람직하게는 8 중량%의 분산 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
