Claims (7)
- 엔진의 연소실로 외기가 유입되게 하는 흡기 매니폴드에 상기 외기의 유동을 제어하도록 흡기유동제어밸브가 설치되고;
상기 흡기 매니폴드에 EGR 가스가 유입되게 하는 EGR 가스 통로가 형성되며;
상기 흡기 매니폴드에 엔진의 냉각수가 유입되게 하는 냉각수 통로가 상기 EGR 가스 통로와 인접하여 형성된 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡기 매니폴드에 하나 이상의 흡기 통로가 형성되고;
상기 흡기유동제어밸브는, 상기 흡기 통로를 통해 유동하는 상기 외기의 유동을 제어하기 위해 각 흡기 통로에 회전 가능하게 설치된 플랩 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 흡기유동제어밸브는
상기 각 플랩 밸브의 운동을 제어하기 위해 각 플랩 밸브를 관통하여 회전되게 장착된 밸브 샤프트; 및
상기 밸브 샤프트를 회전시키는 액츄에이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 샤프트를 흡기 매니폴드에 설치하기 위해 상기 흡기 매니폴드에는 상기 흡기 통로를 가로지르는 방향으로 장착 구멍이 형성되고;
상기 장착 구멍은 상기 밸브 샤프트의 직경보다 큰 대경 직경부와, 상기 대경 직경부보다 상대적으로 직경이 작은 소경 직경부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 샤프트의 한쪽 끝에는 상기 밸브 샤프트가 회전할 수 있도록 지지하는 베어링이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 장착 구멍을 통한 상기 외기 및 상기 EGR 가스의 누출을 방지하기 위해 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 한쪽 측면에는 씨일이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 씨일과 상기 베어링은 상기 대경 직경부의 입구에 설치되고;
상기 EGR 가스 통로와 상기 냉각수 통로는 상기 대경 직경부와 근접하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기유동제어밸브 장착구조.
