- 항균 특성을 가진 폴리에스터로서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 적어도 폴리에터 아민을 함유하는, 폴리에스터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에터 아민은, 아미노 말단(NH2)을 가지고, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에 사슬 말단으로서 주로 위치되는, 폴리에스터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에터 아민은 폴리에터 다이아민 또는 폴리에터 트라이아민인, 폴리에스터. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에터 아민은 상기 폴리에스터의 총 중량의 적어도 약 1 중량%와 동등한, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 2 중량%와 동등한, 더 바람직하게는 적어도 약 5 중량%와 동등한 백분율로 존재하고; 상기 폴리에터 아민의 중량 백분율은 상기 폴리에스터의 총 중량의 약 50 중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 약 30 중량% 이하, 더 바람직하게는 약 25 중량% 이하, 더욱더 바람직하게는 약 20 중량% 이하인, 폴리에스터. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터는 상기 폴리에스터의 총 중량의 적어도 약 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 60 중량%, 더 바람직하게는 적어도 약 70 중량%, 더욱더 바람직하게는 적어도 약 80 중량%의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 백분율을 포함하고; 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 중량 퍼센트는 상기 폴리에스터의 총 중량의 약 99% 이하, 바람직하게는 약 98 중량% 이하, 더욱더 바람직하게는 약 95 중량% 이하인, 폴리에스터. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에터 아민은 적어도 약 500 g/㏖과 동등한, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 800 g/㏖과 동등한, 더 바람직하게는 적어도 1000 g/㏖과 동등한, 더욱더 바람직하게는 적어도 약 1500 g/㏖과 동등한, 바람직하게는 약 5000 g/㏖ 이하, 더 바람직하게는 약 3000 g/㏖ 이하의 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)을 갖는, 폴리에스터. - 텍스타일 제품으로서,
제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 폴리에스터를 포함하고, 스테이플 섬유; 연속 모노필라멘트사; 연속 멀티필라멘트사; 방적 섬유, 직물, 부직포로 이루어진 실로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 텍스타일 제품. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 텍스타일 제품의 총 중량의 적어도 약 40 중량%와 동등한, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 50 중량%와 동등한, 더욱더 바람직하게는 적어도 약 60 중량%와 동등한 상기 폴리에스터의 중량 퍼센트를 포함하는, 텍스타일 제품. - 항균 특성을 가진 제품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 폴리에스터의 용도.
- 항균 특성을 가진 텍스타일 제품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 폴리에스터를 함유하는 실 또는 섬유의 용도.
- 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 함유하는 폴리에스터에 항균 특성을 부여하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 사슬에 폴리에터 아민을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리에스터에 항균 특성을 부여하기 위한 방법.
- 폴리에스터를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리에터 아민을 함유하는 폴리에스터의 중합 및 형성을 일으키기에 충분한 온도 및 압력에서 테레프탈산, 에틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리에터 아민을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리에스터를 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
- 테레프탈산 및 에틸렌 글리콜을 과잉의 에틸렌 글리콜과 반응시켜 말단 카복실기를 가진 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 얻는 단계;
- 상기 말단 카복실기를 폴리에터 아민과 반응시켜, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 사슬 및 폴리에터 아민을 함유하는 폴리에스터를 얻는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리에스터를 제조하기 위한 방법. - 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리에터 아민을 함유하는 폴리에스터를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 폴리에터 아민과 반응시켜 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리에터 아민을 함유하는 폴리에스터를 얻는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리에스터를 제조하기 위한 방법.
