Claims (8)
- 샤프트 부재와 당해 샤프트 부재의 적어도 일부를 수용하는 케이스 사이를 시일하는 시일 기구이며,
상기 샤프트 부재의 외주면에 설치된 슬링거와,
상기 케이스와 당해 슬링거 사이에 설치된 시일 부재와,
당해 슬링거의 외주 단부와 당해 시일 부재의 기부 사이에 설치된 더스트 립을
구비하는, 시일 기구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기부는, 그 내주면에는 더스트 시일면이 형성된 통 형상부를 갖고,
상기 더스트 립은, 당해 더스트 시일면에 접하도록 상기 슬링거에 설치되어 있는, 시일 기구. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기부는, 내식성 금속에 의해 형성되는, 시일 기구. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기부는, 스테인리스에 의해 형성되는, 시일 기구. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 슬링거는, 적어도 그 일부가 단면에서 보아 L자형인 형상을 갖고,
상기 기부는, 적어도 그 일부가 단면에서 보아 L자형인 형상을 갖고,
상기 더스트 립은, 당해 슬링거와 당해 기부로 둘러싸인 내측 영역에 배치되는, 시일 기구. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트 부재의 회전축 방향에 있어서, 상기 슬링거의 길이와 상기 기부의 길이가 대략 동일한, 시일 기구. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 내측 영역의 적어도 일부에 오일이 충전된, 시일 기구. - 샤프트 부재와 당해 샤프트 부재의 적어도 일부를 수용하는 케이스와 당해 샤프트 부재와 당해 케이스 사이를 시일하는 시일 기구를 구비하는 장치이며,
당해 시일 기구는,
상기 샤프트 부재의 외주면에 설치된 슬링거와,
상기 케이스와 당해 슬링거 사이에 설치된 시일 부재와,
당해 슬링거의 외주 단부와 당해 시일 부재의 기부 사이에 설치된 더스트 립을 구비하는, 장치.
