Claims (15)
- 기판(4) 상에 적어도 하나의 유체 생성물을 도포하기 위한 도포 장치(16)로서, 상기 도포 장치(16)는,
- 상기 유체 생성물을 상기 기판(4) 상에 도포하도록 상기 유체 생성물 또는 각각의 유체 생성물을 성형하기 위한 도포 부재(30)로서, 상기 유체 생성물이 상기 도포 장치(16)으로부터 나오는 출구 오리피스(32)를 가지는, 도포 부재(30);
- 적어도 하나의 유체 생성물에 대하여, 조정 부재(36)의 명령 입력의 함수로서 상기 출구 오리피스(32)를 통해 상기 유체 생성물의 공급 유량을 조절할 수 있는 조정 부재(36);
- 상기 명령 입력을 결정하고 상기 명령 입력을 상기 조정 부재(36)에 공급하는 명령 모듈(38);을 포함하되,
상기 도포 장치(16)는 관성 기준에 대해 상기 출구 오리피스(32)의 측정된 속력을 결정할 수 있는 속력 측정 장치(34)를 포함하고, 상기 명령 모듈(38)은 상기 측정된 속력의 함수로서 상기 명령 입력을 결정하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 장치(16). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 명령 입력은 상기 유체 생성물의 공급 유동과 상기 출구 오리피스의 측정된 속력 사이의 비율이 실질적으로 일정하게 되도록 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 장치(16). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 속력 측정 장치(34)는 적어도 하나의 가속도계(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 장치(16). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,

상기 도포 로봇(8)은 프레임과, 서로에 대하여 관절 연결된 복수의 세그먼트(22)를 갖는 관절 아암(20), 상기 관절 아암(20)의 일 단부에 장착된 손목부(24), 및 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 도포 장치(16)를 포함하되, 상기 도포 장치의 도포 부재(30)는 상기 손목부(24)의 원위 단부에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 로봇(8). - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 명령 모듈(38)은 손목부(24) 또는 손목부(24)에 가장 가까운 세그먼트(22) 상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 로봇(8). - 제 11 항에 있어서,
