Claims (15)
- a) 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 총 중량 (100.0 중량%)을 기준으로 적어도 60.0 중량%의 다중모드 에틸렌 중합체 (a), 및
b) 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 총 중량 (100.0 중량%)을 기준으로 0.5 내지 13.0 중량%의 카본 블랙 제품 (b)
을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 포함하는 펠릿이며,
여기서 폴리에틸렌 조성물은
i) 0.2 내지 0.3 g/10min의 MFR2 (ISO 1133, 2.16 ㎏ 하중), 및
ii) 적어도 959 ㎏/㎥의 ASTM D792에 따라 측정된 밀도
를 갖는 것인 펠릿. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 조성물이
a) 0.5 내지 1.5 g/10min의 MFR5 (ISO 1133, 5 ㎏ 하중), 및/또는
b) 20 내지 35 g/10min의 MFR21 (ISO 1133, 21.6 ㎏ 하중), 및/또는
c) 100 내지 140 g/10min의 FRR21/2 (ISO 1133, 21.6 ㎏ 하중/2.16 ㎏ 하중)
를 갖는 것인 펠릿. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 조성물이
a) 적어도 51,000 Pas의 에타(0.05 rad/s), 및/또는
b) 30 내지 50의 SHI2.7/210, 및/또는
c) 적어도 1.25의 다이 팽윤 (190 ℃, 2.16 ㎏ 하중)
을 갖는 것인 펠릿. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 조성물이
a) 적어도 28 MPa의 ISO 527-2에 따라 측정된 항복시 응력, 및/또는
b) 적어도 28 MPa의 ISO 527-2에 따라 측정된 파단시 응력, 및/또는
c) 적어도 800 %의 ISO 527-2에 따라 측정된 파단시 변형률
을 갖는 것인 펠릿. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다중모드 에틸렌 중합체 (a)가
a) 950 내지 965 ㎏/㎥의 범위의 ASTM D792에 따라 측정된 밀도, 및/또는
b) 0.2 내지 0.3 g/10min의 MFR2 (ISO 1133, 2.16 ㎏ 하중), 및/또는
c) 0.5 내지 1.5 g/10min의 MFR5 (ISO 1133, 5 ㎏ 하중), 및/또는
d) 20 내지 35 g/10min의 MFR21 (ISO 1133, 21.6 ㎏ 하중), 및/또는
e) 90 내지 130 g/10min의 FRR21/2 (ISO 1133, 21.6 ㎏ 하중/2.16 ㎏ 하중)
를 갖는 것인 펠릿. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카본 블랙 제품 (b)이 카본 블랙 그 자체 또는 카본 블랙과 캐리어 중합체(들)를 포함하는 카본 블랙 마스터배치인 펠릿.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카본 블랙 제품 (b)이 카본 블랙 그 자체 (순수)이고 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 총 중량 (100.0 중량%)을 기준으로 0.5 내지 10.0 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 5.0 중량%, 가장 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 4.0 중량%의 양으로 폴리에틸렌 조성물에 존재하거나, 또는 카본 블랙 제품 (b)이 카본 블랙 마스터배치이고 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 총 중량 (100.0 중량%)을 기준으로 0.5 내지 10.0 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 8.0 중량%, 가장 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 7.0 중량%의 양으로 폴리에틸렌 조성물에 존재하는 것인 펠릿.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 펠릿을 포함하는 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 점적 관개 파이프 또는 점적 관개 파이프 시스템인 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 0.4 ㎜ 미만, 바람직하게는 0.2 ㎜ 미만의 벽 두께를 갖는 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.2 ㎜ 미만의 벽 두께 및 0.26 MPa 초과의 파열 압력을 갖는 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템.
- a) 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 펠릿을 제공하는 단계,
b) 단계 a)의 펠릿을 압출시켜, 이로써 270 ℃ 이하의 온도 프로파일이 압출기의 길이에 걸쳐 유지되어, 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템을 수득하는 단계,
c) 단계 b)에서 수득된 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템 내에 관개를 위한 천공을 도입하는 단계
를 포함하는 파이프 또는 파이프 시스템의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 라인 속도가 190 내지 280 m/min의 범위인 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 펠릿이 270 ℃ 이하의 온도 프로파일에서 다중모드 에틸렌 중합체 (a) 및 카본 블랙 제품 (b)을 배합함으로써 제조된 것인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 다중모드 에틸렌 중합체 (a)가
i) 에틸렌을 중합시켜 LMW 성분 (A)을 형성하고,
ii) 단계 i)에서 수득된 성분 (A)의 존재하에 에틸렌 및 임의로는 적어도 하나의 C3-20 알파 올레핀 공단량체를 중합시켜 HMW 성분 (B)을 형성하고,
iii) 단계 ii)에서 수득된 생성물을 배합하여 펠릿을 수득하는 것
에 의해 제조된 것인 방법.
