Abstract
이러한 본 발명은 차량의 흡배기계에서 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강을 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄합금과 상기 스테인리스강의 표면을 깨끗하게 하는 세척과정; 상기 스테인리스강의 접합부위에 대한 아연도금과정; 상기 알루미늄합금의 접합부위에 도포되어 알루미늄합금의 용융을 향상시키는 플럭스도포과정; 상기 플럭스에 형성된 수분을 제거하는 건조과정; 및 상기 알루미늄합금과 상기 스테인리스강을 맞대어 브레이징하는 접합과정으로 구성되는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.

도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예에 따른 차량에 적용되는 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강의 이종재 브레이징 접합방법의 접합부위 구성도이다.

Claims (5)
- 차량의 흡배기계에서 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강을 접합하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄합금과 상기 스테인리스강의 표면을 깨끗하게 하는 세척과정;
상기 스테인리스강의 접합부위에 대한 아연도금과정;
상기 알루미늄합금의 접합부위에 도포되어 알루미늄합금의 용융을 향상시키는 플럭스도포과정;
상기 플럭스에 형성된 수분을 제거하는 건조과정; 및
상기 알루미늄합금과 상기 스테인리스강을 맞대어 브레이징하는 접합과정으로 구성되는 차량에 적용되는 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강의 이종재 브레이징 접합방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 건조과정과 상기 접합과정 사이에는 레이저를 이용한 예열과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 적용되는 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강의 이종재 브레이징 접합방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 예열과정은 레이저의 초점을 디포커싱하여 넓은 면적이 예열되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 적용되는 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강의 이종재 브레이징 접합방법. - 제1항 있어서,
상기 건조과정은 90 내지 100℃의 온도에서 20 내지 30분간 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 적용되는 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강의 이종재 브레이징 접합방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접합과정은 MIG 또는 TIG 브레이징하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 적용되는 알루미늄합금과 스테인리스강의 이종재 브레이징 접합방법.
