- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ii)에서 사용되는 사슬 연장제 및 폴리올 조성물에 존재하는 폴리올(P1)이 40:1 내지 1:10의 몰비로 사용되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물이 폴리에테롤, 폴리에스테롤, 폴리카보네이트 알코올 및 하이브리드 폴리올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 추가의 폴리올을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 성형체(SC)의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) (i) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물,
(ii) 하나 이상의 사슬 연장제, 및
(iii) 하나 이상의 폴리올 조성물
의 반응을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 제조 단계로서,
여기서 폴리올 조성물이 1500 내지 2500 g/mol의 분자량(Mw)을 갖고, 하나 이상의 방향족 폴리에스테르 블록(B1)을 갖는 폴리올(P1)을 포함하는 단계;
(b) 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로부터 성형체(SC)를 생성하는 단계
를 포함하는 성형체(SC)의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 성형체(SC)가 압출, 사출 성형 또는 소결 방법에 의해 또는 용액으로부터 단계 (b)에서 생성되는 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항의 방법에 의해 수득가능하거나 또는 수득되는 성형체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 포일 또는 사출 성형품인 성형체.
