Abstract
본 발명에 의하면 냉동된 오징어, 또는 명태와 같은 어류를 건조실의 선반에 재치하고 산화질소 발생기에서 발생되는 산화질소가 함유된 스팀을 밀폐된 건조실에 주입하여 먼저 어류의 해동(解凍)과 살균, 탈취 및 본래의 색상과 식감을 보존하고 이어서 전열선의 전열 및 할로겐램프의 복사열에 의해 건조실 내부 온도를 40℃~50℃정도로 유지하면서 환기팬에 의해 건조실의 공기가 닥트와 응축기로 순환되면서 제습(除濕)되어, 어류의 함수율 75~85%에서 30~40%인 반 건조 고다리로 제공된다.

Claims (4)
- 어류의 건조장치에 있어서,
내부에 일정한 간극을 두고 이중 측판으로 된 건조실이 구비된 건조기의 본체와; 상기 본체의 공극을 이용하여 환기팬과 환기 닥트 및 공냉 응축기가 구비된 제습수단과 ; 상기 건조실의 내벽에 배선된 표면 발열온도 45℃~ 55℃ 정도의 절연피복 전열선 및 복수의 할로겐램프가 구비된 하이브리드 가열수단과; 어류의 미생물의 살균 및 악취를 저감하는 산화질소 발생기가 구비된 어류의 악취 저감수단을; 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류의 반 건조용 하이브리드 건조기. - 제1항에 있어서,
건조기의 제습수단은 본체의 건조실 상부 측의 공조실에 설치된 환기 팬과, 건조실이 배면의 간극으로 유도된 환기닥트와, 상기 환기닥트에 연관된 복수의 응축기와, 상기 응축기와 건조실의 하부측 좌우 간극에 연관된 하부닥트에 의해 건조실의 공기가 순환과정에서 응축기에 의해 공기의 수분이 응축되어 제습하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류의 반 건조용 하이브리드 건조기. - 제1항에 있어서,
하이브리드 가열수단은 건조실의 좌우 및 배면의 내측판에 지그재그로 배선되어 표면 발열온도 약 45~55℃ 의 절연피복 전열선과, 건조실 배면의 내측판에 상하 간격을 두고 배치된 복수의 할로겐램프에 의하여 어류를 하이브리드로 가열하여 건조하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류의 반 건조용 하이브리드 건조기. - 제1항에 있어서,
어류의 살균, 악취 저감수단은 건조실이 하부 기계실에 설치된 산화질소 발생기와, 상기 산화질소 발생기에 물을 공급하는 물탱크와, 공기를 공급하는 에어펌프를 구비하여 산화질소 발생의 전극의 아크방전에 의해 생성된 산화질소가 포함된 스팀을 건조실 내부에 주입하여 어류의 미생물을 살균 및 악취를 저감하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류의 반 건조용 하이브리드 건조기.
