(해결 수단) 주성분과 부성분을 갖고, 상기 주성분이, 산화철을 Fe2O3 환산으로 48.65~49.45몰%, 산화구리를 CuO 환산으로 2~16몰%, 산화아연을 ZnO 환산으로 28.00~33.00몰%, 잔부가 산화니켈로 구성되고, 상기 부성분으로서, 산화붕소를, 상기 주성분 100중량부에 대해 B2O3 환산으로 5~100ppm 함유하고 평균 결정입경이 2~30μm인, 페라이트 소결체.

Claims (4)
- 주성분과 부성분을 갖고,
상기 주성분이, 산화철을 Fe2O3 환산으로 48.65~49.45몰%, 산화구리를 CuO 환산으로 2~16몰%, 산화아연을 ZnO 환산으로 28.00~33.00몰%, 잔부가 산화니켈로 구성되고,
상기 부성분으로서, 산화붕소를, 상기 주성분 100중량부에 대해 B2O3 환산으로 5~100ppm 함유하고,
평균 결정입경이 2~30μm인, 페라이트 소결체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 부성분으로서, 산화규소를, 상기 주성분 100중량부에 대해 SiO2 환산으로 5~500ppm 함유하는, 페라이트 소결체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 부성분으로서, 산화지르코늄을, 상기 주성분 100중량부에 대해 ZrO2 환산으로 5~1100ppm 함유하는, 페라이트 소결체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 페라이트 소결체를 갖는 전자 부품.
