Claims (7)
- 탄산칼슘 입자를 포함하고, 하기의 식(a)~(e)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지용 탄산칼슘 전료.
(a)1.0≤Sw≤12.0(m2/g)
(b)0.1≤Dx≤5.0(μm)
(c)0.1≤Dy≤5.0(μm)
(d)0.8≤Dy/Dx≤3.5
(e)0.1≤Tw≤0.8(중량%)
단,
Sw:BET 비표면적 측정 장치로 측정한 BET 비표면적(m2/g),
Dx:산출식=6/(2.7·Sw)로 표시되는 BET 비표면적 Sw으로부터 산출되는 일차 입자 직경(μm),
Dy:레이저 회절식 입도 분포 측정 장치로 실측한 체적 입도 분포에 있어서, 작은 입자측으로부터 누적된 50% 직경(μm),
Tw:시차 열천평 장치로 측정한 100~300℃의 열감량(중량%). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘 입자의 표면에 표면처리제로 구성된 피복층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지용 탄산칼슘 전료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 표면처리제가 알칼리 토류 금속에 킬레이트능을 가지는 화합물 및/또는 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지용 탄산칼슘 전료.
- 수지와, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지용 탄산칼슘 전료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 수지가 필름계 합성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 필름계 합성 수지가 폴리에스터, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 수지용 탄산칼슘 전료가 안티블로킹재용인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
