Claims (13)
- 연속섬유밴드에 대해 가열 및 분산을 진행하는 섬유 예비 분산 애어리어(1)과 연속섬유밴드를 침적시키는 용융침적 애어리어를 포함하며, 상기 용융침적 애어리어는 수지용융물 분배 러너(2) 및 침적 러너를 포함하며, 상기 침적러너는 톱다이스(3)과 보톰다이스(4)를 포함하고, 톱다이스(3)의 하표면과 보톰다이스(4)의 상표면은 파형모양을 이루며, 적어도 하나의 파봉(5)와 하나의 파곡(6)을 가지며, 톱다이스(3)의 하표면의 파봉(5)와 파곡(6)은 각기 보톰다이스(4)표면의 파봉(5)와 파곡(6)과 맞물리고, 톱다이스(3)의 하표면과 보톰다이스(4)의 상표면간에는 연속섬유를 침적시키는 파형 침적 캐비티가 형성되며, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)는 파이프라인을 통해 침적캐비티의 파봉과 연통되거나 침적캐비티의 파곡과 연통되며,수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적 캐비티의 파봉위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적 캐비티의 파봉위치의 캐비티 수직높이는 침적 캐비티의 파곡위치의 캐비티 수직높이보다 크며, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적 캐비티의 파곡위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적 캐비티의 파곡위치의 캐비티 수직높이는 침적 캐비티의 파봉위치의 캐비티 수직높이보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 톱다이스(3)의 하표면과 보톰다이스(4)의 상표면에는 모두 두개의 파봉(5)와 두개의 파곡(6)이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적캐비티의 파봉위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적캐비티 파봉위치의 캐비티 수직높이는 4mm~20mm, 파곡위치의 캐비티 수직높이는 2mm~10mm이며, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적캐비티의 파곡위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적캐비티 파곡위치의 캐비티 수직높이는 4mm~20mm, 파봉위치의 캐비티 수직높이는 2mm~10mm임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적캐비티의 파봉위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적캐비티 파봉위치의 캐비티 수직높이와 파곡위치 캐비티 수직높이의 높이차는 5mm~15mm이며, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적캐비티의 파곡위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적캐비티 파곡위치의 캐비티 수직높이와 파봉위치 캐비티 수직높이의 높이차는 5mm~15mm임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적캐비티의 파봉위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적캐비티 파봉위치의 캐비티 수직높이와 파곡위치 캐비티 수직높이의 높이차는 8mm~12mm이며, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)가 침적캐비티의 파곡위치에서 연통될 경우, 침적캐비티 파곡위치의 캐비티 수직높이와 파봉위치 캐비티 수직높이의 높이차는 8mm~12mm임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 톱다이스(3) 하표면의 파형반경과 보톰다이스(4) 상표면의 파형반경은 5mm~50mm임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수지용융물 분배러너(2)에는 수지 용융물 주입 분기파이프(7) 및 수지용융물 주입 분기파이프(7)과 연통되는 수지용융물 주입헤드(8)이 포함되고, 상기 수지용융물 주입헤드(8)에는 수지 용융물 주입 분기파이프(7)과 연통되는 파넬모양의 나팔형 캐비티(10) 및 나팔형 캐비티(10)의 미단부와 연통되는 사각형 캐비티(11)이 포함되며, 나팔형 캐비티(10)의 두개의 서로 마주하는 두개의 사면간에 설치되는 두개의 평면에는 각기 오목곡면(12)가 설치되고, 두개의 오목곡면(12)는 대칭되게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 수지용융물 분기파이프(7)의 길이는 5mm~100mm이고, 상기 나팔형 수지용융물 주입헤드(8)의 확장각은 120°~175°임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 섬유 예비분산구(1)은 적어도 2조의 전후로 배치되는 텐션롤러 컴포넌트가 포함되며, 각조의 텐션롤러 컴포넌트는 2개의 전후로 배치되는 텐션롤러(9)로 구성되며, 각 텐션롤러(9)에는 모두 전자기 가열장치가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 텐션롤러(9)의 직경은 5mm~150mm이고, 상기 서로 인접되는 텐션롤러(9)간의 거리는 10mm~500mm임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비.
- (1) 한갈래 또는 여러갈래의 연속섬유를 섬유 예비분산 애어리어(1)에 도입하여, 연속섬유가 순차적으로 섬유 예비분산 애어리어(1)중의 각 텐션롤러(9)에 감기게 하여, 연속섬유밴드에 대한 예열 및 분산을 진행하고,
(2) 수지용융물을 침적 애어리어의 수지용융물 분배러너(2)내에 부어 넣은 후, 수지용융물 분배러너(2)를 거쳐 침적러너의 침적캐비티내부에 흘러들어가게 하며,
(3) 예열 및 분산을 거친 연속섬유밴드를 침적러너의 침적캐비티내부에 끌러들여 침적시키고,
(4) 침적완료된 연속섬유에 대한 냉각, 견인 및 입자화 처리를 진행하는,
절차로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 용융침적설비를 이용하여 연속섬유밴드에 대한 용융침적을 진행하는 용융침적방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서, 절차(1)중의 연속섬유밴드에 대한 예열온도는 60℃~400℃임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비를 이용하여 연속섬유밴드에 대한 용융침적을 진행하는 용융침적방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 절차(1)중의 연속섬유밴드에 대한 예열온도는 200℃임을 특징으로 하는 용융침적설비를 이용하여 연속섬유밴드에 대한 용융침적을 진행하는 용융침적방법.
