도 4는 본 실시 형태에 있어서의 테이프형 접점의 제조 공정을 설명하는 도면.

Claims (15)
- 테이프형 접점 재료를 구비하는 테이프형 접점재에 있어서,
상기 테이프형 접점 재료에, 적어도 하나의 와이어형 용착재가 접합되어 이루어지고,
단면 형상에 있어서, 상기 용착재를 포함하며, 상기 접점 재료의 표면으로부터 돌출되는 프로젝션이 적어도 하나 형성되어 있고,
또한, 상기 접점 재료의 내부에, 상기 용착재를 구성하는 금속 성분을 함유하는 확산 영역이 상기 용착재와의 계면을 따라서 형성되어 있고,
상기 확산 영역의 두께가, 2㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프형 접점재. - 테이프형 접점 재료를 구비하는 테이프형 접점재에 있어서,
상기 테이프형 접점 재료에, 테이프형 중간 금속층, 및 적어도 하나의 와이어형 용착재가 접합되어 이루어지고,
단면 형상에 있어서, 상기 용착재에 의해 상기 중간 금속층의 표면으로부터 돌출되는 프로젝션이 적어도 하나 형성되어 있고,
또한, 상기 중간 금속층에, 상기 용착재를 구성하는 금속 성분을 함유하는 확산 영역이 상기 용착재와의 계면을 따라서 형성되어 있고,
상기 확산 영역의 두께가, 2㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프형 접점재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
테이프형 접점 재료와 와이어형 용착재의 접합 폭 W가, 상기 와이어형 용착재 직경 D1에 대하여 W≥0.5D1로 되어 있는 테이프형 접점재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
용착재는, Ag-Cu 합금을 포함하는 테이프형 접점재. - 제4항에 있어서,
용착재는, P, Sn, In, Ni, Si, Mn 중 적어도 어느 것을 포함하는 Ag-Cu 합금을 포함하는 테이프형 접점재. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
접점 재료는, Ag계 접점 재료인 테이프형 접점재. - 제6항에 있어서,
접점 재료는, Cu, Ni, Zn, Sn, In 중 적어도 어느 것의 금속을 포함하는 Ag계 접점 재료인 테이프형 접점재. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중간 금속층은, Ag, Ni, Cu 중 적어도 어느 것의 금속을 포함하는 테이프형 접점재. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 테이프형 접점재의 제조 방법이며,
테이프형 접점 재료에 적어도 하나의 와이어형 용착재를 압접하는 공정과,
추가로, 500℃ 이상이며 상기 용착재의 융점 이하의 온도에서 가열하여 확산 영역을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 테이프형 접점재의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
테이프형 접점 재료와 테이프형 중간 금속층을 접합한 후, 상기 테이프형 중간 금속층에 적어도 하나의 와이어형 용착재를 압접하는 테이프형 접점재의 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
테이프형 접점 재료에, 테이프형 중간 금속층 및 적어도 하나의 와이어형 용착재를 압접하는 테이프형 접점재의 제조 방법. - 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
와이어형 용착재를, 테이프형 접점 재료 또는 테이프형 중간 금속층에 압접할 때, 상기 와이어형 용착재의 접합 폭 W가, 와이어형 용착재의 직경 D0에 대하여 W≥0.5D0이 될 때까지 가압하여 접합하는 테이프형 접점재의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 테이프형 접점재를 절단하여 이루어지는 칩형 접점 부재.
- 제13항에 기재된 칩형 접점 부재를 사용한 전기 접점의 제조 방법이며,
상기 칩형 접점 부재를 상기 전기 접점의 단자에 접합하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 접합 공정에서, 상기 칩형 접점 부재를 상기 단자에 가압하면서 통전함으로써, 상기 접점 부재의 용착재를 용융시켜 접합하는 전기 접점의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 기재된 칩형 접점 부재를 구비하는 릴레이.
