Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따른 반응 조건에서 제조된 카르복시메틸화 펄프의 카르복실기 함량을 나타낸다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 2의 실험 1에 따른 펄프 함량에 따른 카르복실기 및 수분의 함량을 나타낸다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 2의 실험 2에 따른 카르복실기에 대한 수분 함량의 영향으로 전도도 적정 결과를 나타낸다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 2의 실험 2에 따른 수분 함량과 카르복실기 함량을 비교하여 나타낸다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예 2의 실험 3에 따른 아이소프로판올 용량의 함수로서의 카르복실기 함량 및 총 수분 함량을 나타낸다.

- 펄프를 전처리하는 단계; 및
상기 전처리된 펄프로 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전처리는,
상기 펄프에 포함된 수분을 제거하기 위한 용매 치환 과정 없이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전처리 단계는,
상기 펄프를 카르복시메틸화하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 카르복시메틸화 단계는,
상기 펄프를 알칼리제와 반응시켜 알칼리화하는 단계 및 할로겐카르복시산과 반응시켜 에테르화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 에테르화 단계는 상기 알칼리화 단계 진행 후에 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리제와 상기 할로겐카르복시산은 단일 용매에 용해될 수 있고,
상기 용매는 아이소프로판올인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리화 단계는 25 내지 45℃에서 20 내지 40분 동안 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 에테르화 단계는 55 내지 75℃에서 50 내지 70분 동안 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 전처리 단계는 상기 카르복시메틸화된 펄프를 세척하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 카르복시메틸화된 펄프를 세척하는 단계는,
상기 카르복시메틸화된 펄프의 전기전도도가 10 내지 30 μS/cm이고, pH가 6 내지 8 이 될 때까지 세척되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴을 제조하는 단계는,
상기 카르복시메틸화된 펄프를 희석하는 단계 및 상기 희석된 펄프를 균질화 하여 나노피브릴화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 균질화는 그라인더, 호모게나이저, 및 마이크로플루다이저 중에서 선택된 1 이상의 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따라 제조되는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴은 5 내지 20 nm의 균일한 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 나노피브릴.
