상기 메인 유로 중 상기 가스 공급원과 상기 레귤레이터 사이에 구비되며 상기 제1 유입 밸브를 우회하는 바이패스 유로; 및
상기 바이패스 유로에 구비되어 상기 제1 유입 밸브와 병렬되게 배치되는 제2 유입 밸브;
를 포함하는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 유입 밸브는 대유량을 유입시키는 대유량 밸브이고,
상기 제2 유입 밸브는 소유량을 유입시키는 소유량 밸브인
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 제1 유입 밸브는,
상기 제2 유입 밸브가 열린 후에 열리도록 제어되는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제2항에서,
상기 고압가스 공급 장치는,
상기 바이패스 유로에 구비되며 소량의 가스를 통과시키는 제1 오리피스
를 더 포함하는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 고압가스 공급 장치는,
상기 메인 유로 중 상기 레귤레이터와 상기 소비처 사이에 구비되는 배출 밸브; 및
상기 메인 유로 중 상기 레귤레이터와 상기 배출 밸브 사이에 구비되며 상기 레귤레이터의 누설 가스를 외부로 유출시키는 누설 가스 유출부;
를 더 포함하는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제5항에서,
상기 누설 가스 유출부는,
상기 메인 유로 중 상기 레귤레이터와 상기 배출 밸브 사이에 구비되는 누설 가스 유출 유로; 및
상기 누설 가스 유출 유로에 구비되며 소량의 가스를 지속해서 통과시키는 제2 오리피스;
를 포함하는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제6항에서,
상기 제2 오리피스는 0.1 내지 0.3mm의 내경을 가지는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제6항에서,
상기 고압가스 공급 장치는,
상기 누설 가스 유출 유로의 후단에 구비되며, 상기 제2 오리피스 후단에서 주울-톰슨 효과에 따라 온도 강하로 발생되는 수분 및 온도 상승으로 발생되는 가스를 채집하는 채집기
를 더 포함하는
고압가스 공급 장치. - 제8항에서,
상기 채집기는,
상기 가스 및 상기 수분이 유입되며 상기 수분이 채워지는 수분 채집부; 및
상기 수분 채집부의 상단부에 연통되어 상기 가스를 흡입하는 가스 채집부;
를 포함하는
고압가스 공급 장치.
