Abstract
그러나 그동안 음식물을 포장 판매하던 장소에서 뜨거운 음식을 담을 때 사용되는 그릇, 병, 캔(can), 컵, 종이컵 등의 수용체에 적용된 컵홀더는 전도열만 차단하는 원리로 구성된 소재를 원부재로 사용하였기 때문에, 뜨거운 음식을 수용한 수용체와 결합하여 사용할 때 효과적인 열 차단이 되지 않아서 맨손으로 수용체를 잡기에는 컵홀더의 표면이 너무 뜨겁고, 또한 이 때 뜨거운 음식을 담은 수용체를 떨어뜨리거나 내용물을 쏟을 가능성이 높아서, 안전상 열화상의 위험이 매우 커서 안전하게 음식을 섭취하기가 매우 불편하였다.
따라서 본 발명은 음식을 담는 그릇, 병, 캔(can), 컵, 종이컵 등의 수용체에 간단히 결합하여 사용하는 단열컵홀더에 관한 것으로서, 소재인 단열 기능을 하는 코팅시트의 구성에 있어서, 전도열을 차단하는 기존의 컵홀더와 마찬가지로, 일차적으로 종이나 합성수지로 된 엠보스판지 또는 골판지나 에어캡 또는 수 많은 기포로 형성된 발포한 합성수지 등을 이용하여 전도열을 차단하는 전도열단열층을 구성하고 그 일면에, 알루미늄 호일, 알루미늄 증착, 금속박(金屬箔), 금속 증착, 기능성 잉크 등을 사용한 열반사층을 형성한 열반사시트를 합지(Coating)하여 복사열을 차단하는 기능을 보완해서 단열 기능을 혁신시킨, 열 반사 작용으로 복사열을 차단하는 단열컵홀더(An insulating Cup-Sleeve that shields the radiation heat by reflective action)에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 도 2, 도 4~6과 같이 종이 또는 합성수지로 된 엠보스판지(9), 골판지(10), 에어캡시트(11) 또는 기포로 형성된 발포 합성수지 등의 소재로 구성한 전도열단열층(5)의 일 면에 복사열을 차단하기위해 알루미늄 호일(foil), 알루미늄 증착, 금속박(金屬箔), 금속 증착, 잉크 등의 소재로 구성하는 열반사층(3)을 포함하는 열반사시트층(2)을 합지(Coating)하여 구성한 코팅시트(4)를 원재료로 하여, 뜨거운 음식을 담는 그릇, 병, 캔(can), 컵, 종이컵 등의 수용체에 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 형태로 성형 가공하여 구성된, 열 반사 작용으로 복사열을 차단하는 단열컵홀더.
