Claims (9)
- 도전성 분말, 유리프릿 및 유기 비히클을 포함하고,
상기 유리프릿은 산화물 기준으로 텔루륨 20몰% 내지 55몰%, 아연 20몰% 내지 40몰%, 게르마늄 0.1몰% 내지 5몰%, 리튬 20몰% 내지 40몰%를 포함하는 유리프릿을 포함하는 것인, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리프릿은 Te-Zn-Ge-Li-O계 유리프릿이고, 상기 Te-Zn-Ge-Li-O계 유리프릿은 텔루륨 20몰% 내지 55몰%, 아연 20몰% 내지 40몰%, 게르마늄 0.1몰% 내지 5몰%, 리튬 20몰% 내지 40몰%를 포함하는 것인, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리프릿은 붕소(B), 비스무트(Bi), 마그네슘(Mg), 텅스텐(W), 인(P), 갈륨(Ga), 세륨(Ce), 철(Fe), 규소(Si), 세슘(Cs), 스트론튬(Sr), 몰리브덴(Mo), 티타늄(Ti), 주석(Sn), 인듐(In), 바나듐(V), 바륨(Ba), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 비소(As), 코발트(Co), 지르코늄(Zr), 망간(Mn), 알루미늄(Al) 및 이들의 산화물들로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 더 포함하는 것인, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리프릿은 Te-Zn-Ge-Li-B-Mg-W-O계 유리프릿이고, 상기 Te-Zn-Ge-Li-B-Mg-W-O계 유리프릿은 텔루륨 20몰% 내지 55몰%, 아연 20몰% 내지 40몰%, 게르마늄 0.1몰% 내지 5몰%, 리튬 20몰% 내지 40몰%, 붕소 0.01몰% 내지 10몰%, 마그네슘 1몰% 내지 10몰%, 텅스텐 0.01몰% 내지 10몰%를 포함하는 것인, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Te-Zn-Ge-Li-B-Bi-Mg-W-O계 유리프릿이고, 상기 Te-Zn-Ge-Li-B-Bi-Mg-W-O계 유리프릿은 텔루륨 20몰% 내지 55몰%, 아연 20몰% 내지 40몰%, 게르마늄 0.1몰% 내지 5몰%, 리튬 20몰% 내지 40몰%, 붕소 0.01몰% 내지 10몰%, 비스무트 0.01몰% 내지 10몰%, 마그네슘 1몰% 내지 10몰%, 텅스텐 0.01몰% 내지 10몰%를 포함하는 것인, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리프릿은 산화물 기준으로 아연 및 리튬의 총합이 40몰% 내지 60몰%인 것인, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은
상기 도전성 분말 60중량% 내지 95중량%,
상기 유리 프릿 0.1중량% 내지 20중량%,
상기 유기 비히클을 잔부량으로 포함하는, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 분산제, 요변제, 가소제, 점도 안정화제, 소포제, 안료, 자외선 안정제, 산화방지제, 커플링제 중 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는, 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물로 형성된 전극.
