Claims (9)
- 하우징의 관통 구멍에 설치되는 통기 부재이며,
상기 하우징 내외의 기체의 유로를 형성하는 통기 경로가 마련되는 본체부와,
상기 본체부와 상기 하우징 사이를 밀봉하는 밀봉부와,
상기 통기 경로 상에 마련되어, 액체 및 고체의 통과를 저지함과 함께 기체가 투과하는 통기막부와,
상기 본체부에 마련됨과 함께, 높이가 균일하게 형성되어 상기 통기 경로의 단부 개구를 둘러싸는 포위부
를 구비하는 통기 부재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포위부는 상기 본체부의 상기 단부 개구보다도 돌출되어 있는 통기 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체부는, 상기 단부 개구를 막을 때에 상기 밀봉부에 가해지는 부하를 저감시키는 저감부를 갖고 있는 통기 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부 개구는, 상기 하우징에 있어서의 상기 통기 부재의 설치면과 교차하는 교차 방향을 향해 개구되어 있는 통기 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부 개구는, 상기 하우징에 있어서의 상기 통기 부재의 설치면을 따른 방향을 향해 개구되어 있는 통기 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부는, 내측에 개구부를 갖고,
상기 통기막부는, 적어도 일부가 상기 밀봉부의 상기 개구부의 내측에 마련되는 통기 부재. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 통기막부는, 상기 하우징의 상기 통기 부재의 설치면과 교차하는 교차 방향에 있어서의 상기 밀봉부의 폭 영역의 범위 내에 배치되는 통기 부재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부는, 상기 하우징의 상기 통기 부재의 설치면과 교차하는 교차 방향에 있어서의 상기 본체부의 폭 영역의 범위 내에 배치되는 통기 부재.
- 본체부에 형성되는 통기 경로 상에 마련되어 액체 및 고체의 통과를 저지함과 함께 기체가 투과하는 통기막부를 갖는 통기 부재의 검사 방법이며,
밀봉부를 사이에 개재시키고 하우징의 관통 구멍에 상기 본체부를 장착하는 장착 스텝과,
상기 밀봉부보다도 경도가 작고, 상기 통기 경로를 통한 기체의 흐름을 억제하는 지그를 상기 본체부에 설치하는 설치 스텝과,
상기 하우징 내에 기체를 충전하는 충전 스텝
을 구비하는 검사 방법.
