도 4a는 종래기술에 따라, 엔진을 향하여, 플레어를 향하여, 그리고 재액화 시스템을 향하여, 시간에 따라 선박에서 증발되는 천연 가스의 소모량의 분포를 도시하는 단순화된 그래픽 표현이다;
도 4b는 본 발명의 실시형태에 따라, 엔진을 향하여, 플레어를 향하여, 그리고 재액화 시스템을 향하여, 시간에 따라 선박에서 증발되는 천연 가스의 소모량의 분포를 도시하는 도 4a와 유사한 단순화된 그래픽 표현이다.
Claims (16)
- 예를 들어 액화 천연 가스와 같은 액화 가스를 저장 및 냉각하기 위한 설비(1)로서,
- 액화 가스(2)를 수용하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 탱크(4)로서, 상기 탱크(4)는 액체 상태의 상기 액화 가스(2)를 수용하도록 의도된 적어도 하나의 하부 영역(4.1), 및 상기 액화 가스(2)의 증기를 수용하도록 의도된 적어도 하나의 상부 영역(4.2)을 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 탱크(4);
- 상기 탱크(4)로부터 토출되는 상기 액체 상태의 액화 가스(2)가 공급되도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 폐쇄형 냉각 회로(10)로서, 상기 냉각 회로(10)는, 사이클 가스(3)를 압축하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 압축기(12), 적어도 하나의 엔진(14), 적어도 하나의 터빈(18), 및 상기 설비가 작동 중인 경우 상기 탱크(4)로부터 토출되는 상기 액화 가스(2)를 냉각시키기 위해, 상기 탱크(4)로부터 토출되는 상기 액체 상태의 상기 액화 가스(2)와 예를 들어 질소와 같은 상기 사이클 가스(3) 간에 열 교환을 발생시키도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 제1 열 교환기(16)를 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 폐쇄형 냉각 회로(10); 및
- 분사 파이프(30)를 통해 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 유체 연결되고, 상기 냉각된 액화 가스(2)를 상기 탱크 내로 재분사하도록 구성되는 적어도 하나의 분사 구성 요소(20)를 포함하며,
- 상기 엔진(14)은 한편으로는 상기 압축기(12)를 구동시키기 위해 상기 압축기(12)에 기계식으로 연결되고, 다른 한편으로는 상기 터빈(18)이 상기 엔진(14)을 구동시키도록 상기 터빈(18)에 기계식으로 연결되며,
상기 설비(1)는, 상기 설비와 분리되어 독립적인 적어도 하나의 원격 컨테이너(100)로부터 냉각될 가스(2)를 회수하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 연결 라인(31)을 포함하고, 상기 연결 라인(31)은 상기 설비의 상기 탱크(4)에 유체 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
예를 들어 액화 천연 가스와 같은 액화 가스를 저장 및 냉각하기 위한 설비(1). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분사 파이프(30)에 연결된 적어도 하나의 바이패스 파이프(32)를 포함하며, 상기 바이패스 파이프는 상기 냉각된 액화 가스(2)의 일부를 상기 설비와 분리되어 독립적인 원격 컨테이너로 이송하도록 구성되는, 설비. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 터빈(18)의 출력은 상기 제1 열 교환기(16)의 입력에 직접적으로 유체 연결되는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압축기(12)의 출력은 상기 제1 열 교환기(16)에 간접적으로 유체 연결되는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로(10)는 상기 압축기(12)로부터 토출되는 상기 압축 사이클 가스(3)와 상기 터빈(18)으로부터 토출되는 상기 팽창 사이클 가스(3) 간에 열 교환을 발생시키도록 구성된 제2 열 교환기(24)를 더 포함하는, 설비. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 압축기(12)의 입력은 상기 제1 열 교환기(16) 및 상기 제2 열 교환기(24) 이외의 중간 구성 요소 없이 상기 터빈(18)의 출력에 유체 연결되는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로(10)는 상기 엔진(14)을 상기 압축기(12)에 기계식으로 연결시키는 적어도 하나의 제1 연결 구성 요소, 및 상기 엔진(14)을 상기 터빈(18)에 기계식으로 연결시키는 적어도 하나의 제2 연결 구성 요소를 포함하는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로(10)는 상기 사이클 가스(3)와 예를 들어 물 또는 냉각제와 같은 주위 온도의 유체 간에 열 교환을 발생시키도록 구성된 제3 열 교환기(26)를 포함하는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분사 구성 요소(20)는 상기 탱크(4)의 상기 상부 영역(4.2)에 배치되는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로는 상기 탱크로부터 토출되는 액화 가스를 35 K 내지 150 K의 온도로, 예를 들어 110 K 또는 80 K와 동일한 온도로 냉각시키도록 구성되는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탱크(4)는 액화 천연 가스, 또는 바이오메탄, 질소, 산소, 아르곤 및 이들의 혼합물과 같은 메탄이 풍부한 다른 가스에 의해 형성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 액화 가스를 수용하는, 설비. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로(10)는 질소, 아르곤, 네온, 헬륨 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 냉각제를 수용하는, 설비. - 액화 가스를 위한 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 설비를 사용하기 위한 방법으로서,
- 상기 적어도 하나의 탱크(4)를 상기 설비와 분리되어 독립적인 상기 원격 컨테이너(100)에 유체 연결시키는 상기 연결 라인(31)을 통해, 상기 설비(1)와 분리되어 독립적인 컨테이너로부터 토출되는 액화 가스를 적어도 부분적으로 수신하는 단계;
- 상기 탱크(4)로부터 토출되는 액화 가스(2)를 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 공급하는 단계;
- 상기 탱크(4)로부터 토출되는 상기 액화 가스(2)를 상기 냉각 회로(10)에 의해 냉각시키는 단계; 및
- 상기 냉각된 액화 가스(2)를 상기 분사 구성 요소(20)에 의해 상기 탱크(4) 내로 분사하는 단계를 적어도 포함하는,
액화 가스를 위한 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 설비를 사용하기 위한 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 냉각된 액화 가스의 상기 분사 후에 수행되는 이송 단계를 포함하며,
상기 이송 단계는 상기 설비의 상기 분사 파이프 및 상기 바이패스 파이프에 의해, 상기 냉각된 액화 가스의 적어도 일부를 상기 설비와 분리되어 독립적인 적어도 상기 원격 컨테이너로 이송하거나, 또는 상기 설비와 분리되어 독립적인 다른 원격 컨테이너로 이송하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 설비의 상기 적어도 하나의 탱크, 또는 적어도 하나의 다른 설비의 하나 이상의 다른 비어 있는 컨테이너(들)를 냉동하는 추가적인 단계를 포함하며, 상기 냉동 단계는,
- 상기 설비의 상기 적어도 하나의 탱크에 남아있는 상기 냉각된 액화 가스를 적어도 하나의 다른 설비의 하나 이상의 비어 있는 컨테이너(들)로 이송하는 단계; 또는
- 적어도 하나의 다른 설비의 적어도 하나의 컨테이너에 남아있는 상기 냉각된 액화 가스를 상기 설비의 상기 적어도 하나의 비어 있는 탱크로 이송하는 단계; 또는
- 상기 설비가 적어도 2개의 탱크를 포함하고, 그 중 하나는 비어 있고 다른 하나는 비어 있지 않은 경우, 상기 비어 있지 않은 탱크에 남아있는 상기 냉각된 액화 가스를 상기 비어 있는 탱크로 이송하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 예를 들어 액화 천연 가스와 같은 액화 가스를 수송하기 위한 예를 들어 수송 선박과 같은 수송 차량으로서,
