Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은 원통형 캔; 상기 원통형 캔에 수용되며, 상기 원통형 캔의 길이 방향인 제1방향으로 연장된 다수의 제1탭, 상기 제1방향에 반대인 제2방향으로 연장된 다수의 제2탭을 포함하는 전극 조립체; 상기 원통형 캔을 밀봉하는 캡 조립체; 상기 원통형 캔으로부터 절연되는 동시에 상기 다수의 제1탭을 상기 캡 조립체에 전기적으로 접속시키는 제1집전 구조체; 및 상기 다수의 제2탭을 상기 원통형 캔에 전기적으로 접속시키는 제2집전 구조체를 포함하는 이차 전지를 개시한다.

Claims (10)
- 원통형 캔;
상기 원통형 캔에 수용되며, 상기 원통형 캔의 길이 방향인 제1방향으로 연장된 다수의 제1탭, 상기 제1방향에 반대인 제2방향으로 연장된 다수의 제2탭을 포함하는 전극 조립체;
상기 원통형 캔을 밀봉하는 캡 조립체;
상기 원통형 캔으로부터 절연되는 동시에 상기 다수의 제1탭을 상기 캡 조립체에 전기적으로 접속시키는 제1집전 구조체; 및
상기 다수의 제2탭을 상기 원통형 캔에 전기적으로 접속시키는 제2집전 구조체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1집전 구조체는
상기 다수의 제1탭이 관통하여 지나가도록 중앙에 관통홀이 형성된 도전성 베이스 부재; 및
상기 도전성 베이스 부재에 결합되어 상기 다수의 제1탭을 압착하는 도전성 커버 부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 커버 부재는 도전성 리드 탭을 통하여 상기 캡 조립체에 전기적으로 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 베이스 부재는 상기 전극 조립체 및 상기 캔을 향하는 면에 형성된 절연층을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 커버 부재는 상기 도전성 베이스 부재의 관통홀과 연결된 커버 부재 관통홀을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 커버 부재, 상기 다수의 제1탭 및 상기 도전성 베이스 부재는 상호간 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2집전 구조체는
상기 다수의 제2탭이 관통하여 지나가도록 중앙에 관통홀이 형성된 도전성 베이스 부재; 및
상기 도전성 베이스 부재에 결합되어 상기 다수의 제2탭을 압착하는 도전성 커버 부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 커버 부재는 상기 캔의 바닥면에 직접 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 베이스 부재는 상기 전극 조립체를 향하는 면에 형성된 절연층을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 베이스 부재, 상기 다수의 제2탭 및 상기 도전성 커버 부재는 상호간 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
