Claims (4)
- 탱크와 함께 파일럿 유압원을 구성하는 파일럿 펌프와,
당해 파일럿 펌프의 파일럿 토출 관로에 접속되고, 당해 파일럿 토출 관로로부터 공급되는 파일럿 압유를 감압하여 주 관로측의 방향 제어 밸브에 파일럿압을 출력하는 감압 밸브형 파일럿 밸브와,
상기 파일럿 펌프와 상기 감압 밸브형 파일럿 밸브의 사이에 마련되고, 상기 파일럿 토출 관로 내의 압력을 게이트 록 레버의 조작에 따라, 상기 파일럿 펌프의 토출압에 의한 고압 상태와 상기 탱크에 접속되는 저압 상태의 어느 것으로 전환하는 게이트 록 밸브가 구비된 건설 기계에 있어서,
상기 파일럿 토출 관로에는,
상기 파일럿 펌프와 상기 게이트 록 밸브의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터 토출되는 상기 파일럿 압유의 유량을 제한하는 스로틀과,
상기 게이트 록 밸브와 상기 감압 밸브형 파일럿 밸브의 사이에 배치되며, 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터 상기 감압 밸브형 파일럿 밸브를 향하여 상기 파일럿 압유가 유통하는 것을 허용하고, 역방향의 흐름을 차단하는 체크 밸브와,
상기 스로틀, 상기 게이트 록 밸브, 및 상기 체크 밸브를 우회하도록, 일단측이 상기 파일럿 펌프와 상기 스로틀의 사이에서 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 접속되고, 타단측이 상기 체크 밸브와 상기 감압 밸브형 파일럿 밸브의 사이에서 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 접속된 바이패스 관로와,
당해 바이패스 관로에 마련되며, 상시(常時)에는 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터의 상기 파일럿 압유가 당해 바이패스 관로 내에 유통하는 것을 차단하고, 상기 게이트 록 밸브와 상기 체크 밸브의 사이에서 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 발생하는 압력이 소정의 압력을 초과했을 때에, 상기 바이패스 관로에 상기 파일럿 압유가 유통하는 것을 허용하는 록 전환 밸브가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 록 전환 밸브는, 상기 바이패스 관로와 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 걸쳐 마련되며, 상시에는 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터의 상기 파일럿 압유가 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 유통하는 것을 허용함과 함께, 상기 파일럿 압유가 상기 바이패스 관로 내에 유통하는 것을 차단하고, 상기 게이트 록 밸브와 상기 체크 밸브의 사이에서 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 발생하는 압력이 소정의 압력을 초과했을 때에는, 상기 파일럿 압유가 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 유통하는 것을 차단함과 함께, 상기 파일럿 압유가 상기 바이패스 관로로부터 상기 감압 밸브형 파일럿 밸브에 공급되는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스로틀은, 상기 게이트 록 밸브와 상기 체크 밸브의 사이에서 상기 파일럿 토출 관로에 발생하는 압력이 상기 소정의 압력에 도달할 때까지의 시간을, 0.5∼3.0초의 범위로 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 체크 밸브의 전, 후에는, 당해 체크 밸브와 병렬로 다른 스로틀이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계.
