Claims (6)
- 나트륨, 칼슘 및 마그네슘을 포함하여 금속 양이온이 포함되어 있는 해수 담수화 설비 농축수로부터 금속 양이온을 제거하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 농축수를 전기투석하여 나트륨을 포함한 1가 양이온이 함유된 농축수와 칼슘 및 마그네슘을 포함한 2가 양이온이 함유된 농축수를 상호 분리하는 전처리단계; 및
상기 전처리단계 후 상기 농축수에 암모니아 용액을 혼합하고, 이산화탄소 가스를 주입하여 상기 농축수 내 나트륨을 탄산수소나트륨으로 침전시켜 분리제거하는 나트륨 제거단계;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 담수화 농축수 친환경 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전처리단계 및 나트륨 제거단계를 거친 후 상기 농축수 내 금속 이온의 농도는 10,000ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 담수화 농축수 친환경 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나트륨 제거단계에서 탄산수소나트륨과 함께 형성되는 염화암모늄 수용액으로부터 암모니아를 다시 회수하는 특징으로 하는 해수 담수화 농축수 친환경 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전처리단계에서 분리된 2가 양이온을 포함하는 농축수의 pH를 제1범위로 상승시켜 마그네슘을 고체 상태로 침전시킨 후, 상기 농축수로부터 마그네슘 침전물을 분리하는 마그네슘 분리단계;
마그네슘이 분리된 상기 농축수의 pH를 상기 제1범위 보다 높은 제2범위로 조정하여 칼슘을 고체 상태로 침전시킨 후, 상기 농축수로부터 칼슘 침전물을 분리하는 칼슘 분리단계;
상기 마그네슘 침전물과 이산화탄소를 반응시켜 탄산마그네슘을 침전시키는 마그네슘처리단계; 및
상기 칼슘 침전물과 이산화탄소를 반응시켜 탄산칼슘을 침전시키는 칼슘처리단계;를 더 구비하는 특징으로 하는 해수 담수화 농축수 친환경 처리방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 마그네슘처리단계 및 칼슘처리단계에서는, 마그네슘 및 칼슘 침전물에 각각 물을 공급하여 수용액을 형성시킨 후 상기 수용액에 이산화탄소를 공급하여 탄산마그네슘 및 탄산칼슘을 형성하며,
이산화탄소와 반응하여 형성된 침전물과 수용액을 고액분리하여 얻어진 물은 상기 수용액을 만들기 위해 사용하거나 또는 담수화 공정의 원수로 다시 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 담수화 농축수 친환경 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
나트륨을 침전시킨 후 고액분리를 통해 분리된 농축수는 담수화 공정의 원수로 사용하거나, 또는 전기분해를 통해 수산화나트륨을 획득하여 pH 조절제로 재이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수 담수화 농축수 친환경 처리방법.
