Claims (10)
- 일방향으로 배향된 불연속의 탄소섬유와 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 섬유층의 적어도 한 면에, 열경화성 수지와 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 수지층이 존재하는 프리프레그로서,
상기 프리프레그에 포함되는 탄소섬유의 섬유 질량이 120~300 g/㎡, 프리프레그 전체 질량에 대한 수지의 질량 함유율이 25~50%이고, 상기 프리프레그를 3층 적층하고, 중앙의 프리프레그를 인발했을 때의 프리프레그끼리의 접촉면의 층간 마찰계수를, 인발 속도 0.2mm/min, 수직응력 0.08 MPa, 인발 길이 1 mm의 조건하에, 40~80℃의 온도 범위에서 10℃ 간격으로 측정한 경우에, 상기 층간 마찰계수가 0.05 이하가 되는 온도가 40~80℃의 온도 범위 내에 존재하는, 프리프레그. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 층간 마찰계수의 측정에서 층간 마찰계수가 0.05 이하가 되는 온도 영역이 20℃ 이상의 폭의 온도 영역에서 존재하는, 프리프레그. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 층간 마찰계수의 측정에서, 인발 길이 1 mm에서의 층간 마찰계수에 대한, 인발 길이 2 mm에서의 층간 마찰계수의 상승율이 40% 이내가 되는 온도가, 인발 길이 1 mm에서의 층간 마찰계수가 최저가 되는 온도의 상하 10℃ 이내에 존재하는, 프리프레그. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
프리프레그를 의사 등방으로 적층 및 성형하고, ASTM D7137/7137M-07에 준거해 측정한 충격 후 압축 강도가 250 MPa 이상인, 프리프레그. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지층과 섬유층의 경계에, 40~80℃에서, 수지층 중의 열경화성 수지보다도 고점도의 온도 역이 존재하는 수지로 이루어지는 배리어층이 존재하는, 프리프레그. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리프레그의 제조 방법으로서,
일방향으로 배향된 연속의 탄소섬유와 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 섬유층에서의 연속 섬유에 절개를 삽입함으로써, 일방향으로 배향된 불연속의 탄소섬유와 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 섬유층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법.
