도 1은 본 발명의 제1 구현예에 따른 에어로졸 발생 물품의 개략적인 길이 방향 횡단면을 도시한다;
도 2는 도 1의 에어로졸 발생 물품을 포함하는, 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 에어로졸 발생 시스템의 개략도이다; 그리고
도 3은 본 발명의 제2 구현예에 따른 에어로졸 발생 물품의 개략적인 길이 방향 횡단면을 도시한다.
Claims (16)
- 전기 작동식 에어로졸 발생 장치와 사용하기 위한 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품으로서, 상기 물품은 마우스 단부 및 마우스 단부으로부터 상류에 있는 말단부를 가지며, 상기 물품은:
상기 물품의 말단부에 있는 열 확산기; 및
상기 열 확산기의 하류에 있는 에어로졸 형성 기재를 포함하며,
상기 열 확산기는 전기 가열 요소로부터의 열을 흡수하기 위한 불연성 다공질 몸체를 포함하여, 사용시 에어로졸 발생 물품을 통해 말단부로부터 마우스 단부로 흡인된 공기가 다공질 몸체에 흡수된 열에 의해 가열되게 하는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 몸체가 축열 재료로 형성되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 몸체가 25℃에서 적어도 0.5 J/g.K, 바람직하게 적어도 0.7 J/g.K, 보다 바람직하게 적어도 0.8 J/g.K의 비열용량을 갖는 재료로 형성되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 몸체가 유리 섬유, 유리 매트, 세라믹, 실리카, 알루미나, 탄소 및 미네랄, 또는 이의 임의의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로 형성되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 몸체는 열 전도성인, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 몸체가 23℃ 및 50%의 상대 습도에서 적어도 40 W/m.K, 바람직하게 적어도 100 W/m.K, 보다 바람직하게 적어도 150 W/m.K, 가장 바람직하게 적어도 200 W/m.K의 열전도율을 갖는 재료로 형성되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 몸체가 알루미늄, 구리, 아연, 스틸, 은, 열 전도성 폴리머, 또는 이의 임의의 조합 또는 합금을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 열 전도성 재료로 형성되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치에 커플링될 때 상기 다공질 몸체가 에어로졸 발생 장치의 일부를 형성하는 전기 가열 요소에 의해 관통되도록 구성되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산기가 상기 에어로졸 발생 장치에 커플링될 때 상기 다공질 몸체가 전기 가열 요소를 수용하기 위한 공동 또는 구멍을 한정하는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산기에 커플링되는 전기 가열 요소를 더 포함하는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전기 가열 요소가 다공질 몸체에 내장된 서셉터를 포함하는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재가 액체 에어로졸 형성 기재이며, 상기 물품이:
상기 액체 에어로졸 형성 기재를 함유하는 취성 캡슐; 및
상기 열 확산기의 하류에 있고 상기 취성 캡슐이 파괴될 때 상기 액체 에어로졸 형성 기재를 흡수하도록 배열되는 다공질 캐리어 재료를 더 포함하는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 취성 캡슐이 상기 다공질 캐리어 재료 내부에 위치되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산기가 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재 또는 상기 다공질 캐리어 재료 또는 이들 모두로부터 물품의 길이방향으로 이격되어 있는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품 및 전기 작동식 에어로졸 발생 장치를 포함하는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 전기 작동식 에어로졸 발생 장치는 전기 가열 요소 및 공동을 갖는 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 가열식 에어로졸 발생 물품은 열 확산기가 전기 가열 요소에 의해 관통되도록 공동 내에 수용되는, 가열식 에어로졸 발생 시스템.
