Claims (5)
- 내부에 수용공간이 마련되고, 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 이루어진 본체;
상기 본체의 상부를 덮어 밀폐하는 상부커버;
상기 본체의 하부에 착탈가능하게 결합되어 상기 본체의 하부를 밀폐하는 하부커버;
상기 본체의 수용공간에 설치되고, 패브릭 소재로 이루어진 조형물;
상기 조형물의 형상과 대응하도록 상기 조형물과 결합되고, 빛을 발산하는 와이어형 램프;
상기 하부커버의 상부에 부착되고, 적어도 일측부가 개방된 수납 케이스;
상기 수납 케이스의 내부에 내장되고, 방향제가 담겨진 방향제 통; 및
상기 수납 케이스의 내부에 내장되고, 상기 와이어형 램프에 전원을 공급하는 배터리;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탠드 조명등.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 본체 또는 상기 상부커버 중 적어도 어느 하나에는 상기 방향제에서 발산된 향을 외부로 발산하는 확산공이 천공되어 있되, 상기 확산공은 로고, 문자, 문양, 기호 또는 형상 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형상화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탠드 조명등.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 와이어형 램프는 상기 조형물에 결합되어 빛을 발산하는 램프로서, 자유롭게 구부러져 상기 조형물의 형상과 대응하도록 유기적으로 결합되어 다양한 형상을 구현할 수 있도록 와이어 LED 램프 또는 EL(Electro Luminescence) 와이어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스탠드 조명등.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수납 케이스는,
내부에 상기 방향제 통이 수납되고, 상기 방향제 통에 담겨진 방향제의 향이 상기 본체의 내부로 확산되도록 양측부와 상부가 개방된 구조로 이루지는 수납통; 및
판상 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 수납통의 상부에 형성된 가이드 홈에 끼워져 결합되어 상기 가이드 홈을 따라 슬라이딩되어 상기 수납통의 상부를 개폐하는 도어;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스탠드 조명등.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방향제 통에는 내부에 담겨진 고체 방향제를 융해시키기 위해 상기 배터리로부터 전원을 공급받아 발열하는 열선이 내장되어 있고,
상기 수납통의 측면부에는 상기 배터리로부터 전원을 공급받아 동작하는 미니 확산팬이 설치되어 상기 방향제 통에서 발산된 향을 상기 본체로 빠르게 확산시키고,
상기 본체에는 내부의 공기의 흐름을 가속시켜 상기 방향제 통에서 발산된 향이 외부로 효과적으로 확산되도록 외부 공기가 내부로 유입되어 배출되는 유입공과 유출공이 반대편에 각각 적어도 하나씩 더 형성되어 있는 것,
을 특징으로 하는 스탠드 조명등.
