Abstract
본 발명에 따른 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치에 따르면 첫째, 전기 차량의 충전 시 충전기에 연결된 커넥터를 사용자가 매번 연결할 필요가 없기 때문에 보다 용이하게 충전이 이루어질 수 있고, 둘째, 우천 시 충전 커넥터를 사용자가 직접 만질 필요가 없어지면서 안전사고의 발생을 차단할 수 있으며, 셋째, 충전소 내부에 주차된 차량의 위치에 따라 로봇 암이 급전모듈을 이송시킬 수 있어 차량의 충전 위치 정렬에 대한 스트레스가 없고, 넷째, 차량에 설치된 집전모듈을 감지하고, 이에 따른 위치에 따라서 급전모듈이 정렬되기 때문에 보다 원활한 충전이 가능한 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

- 차량에 설치된 집전모듈의 위치에 접근하여 전력을 공급하는 급전모듈;
상기 집전모듈의 위치에 따라서 상기 급전모듈의 위치를 정렬하는 로봇 암 및
외부로부터 인가된 전원을 변환하여 상기 급전모듈에 공급하는 급전 인버터;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 로봇 암은,
설치면으로부터 설정된 높이로 설치되는 지지부와,
상기 지지부의 상부에서 수직 또는 수평방향으로 이동 가능하게 배치되는 이송부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 이송부는,
상기 지지부의 상측 단부에서 수평방향으로 결합되는 수평 이송부재와,
상기 수평 이송부재를 따라서 수평방향으로 이송 가능하도록 결합되어 상기 급전모듈을 수직방향으로 이송시키는 수직 이송부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 이송부는,
상기 지지부의 상측 단부에서 수직방향 및 수평방향으로 회전하는 멀티 회전부재와,
상기 멀티 회전부재의 단부에서 수직방향으로 회전하여 상기 급전모듈을 이송시키는 수직 회전부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 로봇 암은,
상기 이송부의 단부에서 상기 급전모듈이 집전모듈과 나란히 정렬되도록 회전시키는 회전부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 급전모듈 또는 로봇 암 중 적어도 하나는,
집전모듈의 위치를 파악하거나, 집전모듈의 방향에 대응하여 급전모듈을 정렬할 수 있도록 감지하는 비젼부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 무선 충전장치.
