Claims (10)
- 크래쉬 박스와 연결되는 프론트 결합단에 연결되며, 좌측멤버와 우측멤버가 연결되어 'U'자형으로 형성된 사이드 멤버 어퍼;
상기 사이드 멤버 어퍼와 체결되는 사이드 멤버 로어; 및
상기 사이드 멤버 어퍼 하부와 양 사이드 멤버 로어 사이에 결합하는 대시 크로스 멤버;
를 포함하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사이드 멤버 어퍼는 상기 좌측멤버와 상기 우측멤버를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사이드 멤버 로어는 'Y'자 형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 사이드 멤버 로어는,
상기 좌측 및 우측멤버와 각각 결합하는 일자형 결합부;
상기 일자형 결합부로부터 기 설정된 각도와 경사로 연결된 경사부;
상기 경사부로부터 일측으로 분기된 리어로어부; 및
상기 경사부로부터 일측으로 분기된 마운팅부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 사이드 멤버 로어는 상기 리어로어부와 상기 마운팅부를 통해 충돌에너지를 샤시와 사이드실로 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 리어로어부 및 상기 마운팅부는 상기 일자형 결합부 보다 높이가 낮도록 형성되어 차체의 하부에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 대시 크로스 멤버는 상기 사이드 멤버 어퍼와 상기 사이드 멤버 로어의 강성을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 사이드 멤버 어퍼의 연결부는 엔진룸의 강체들이 승객공간을 가격하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 연결부의 일측에는 차체와 결합하는 결합부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌흡수 구조를 갖는 일체형 사이드 멤버.
