Claims (2)
- 풀리 몸체(100)를 지지하는 지그(20),
상기 지그(20) 상부에 좌우 한쌍으로 구비되고 축 중심이 풀리 몸체(100) 중심과 수직으로 배치되며 풀리 몸체(100)와 접하는 면이 테이퍼 형성되어 풀리 몸체(100) 상단에 위치된 사이드 립(150)(160)을 테이퍼면을 통해서 하부로 압착하는 한 쌍의 조립 툴(50a)(50b),
상기 한 쌍의 조립 툴(50a)(50b) 또는 지그(20)를 회전시키는 회전수단을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 한 쌍의 조립 툴(50a)(50b) 중 풀리 몸체(100)와 우선 접하는 조립 툴(50a)은 상호 대향면 선단측으로 직경이 커지도록 테이퍼 형성되고 다른 조립 툴(50b)은 상호 대향면 선단측이 직경이 작아지도록 테이퍼 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀리의 사이드 립 조립 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 조립 툴(50a)(50b)은, 수직 가이드(42)를 따라 승하강하는 구동 플레이트(40) 하부에 간격조절 가능하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀리의 사이드 립 조립 장치.
