Abstract
본 발명에서 제공하는 하수 처리용 컴팩트형 포기조는 유기물 응집 본체 내에서 하수 내에 포함된 다량의 유기물을 응집시킨 뒤 마이크로 필터를 이용하여 높은 효율로 고액 분리를 수행함으로써 처리 시간은 단축시키고 슬러지 배출량은 현저히 감소시켜 후속되는 탈수 공정을 생략할 수 있다.

Claims (18)
- 하수를 수용하는 수용 공간과, 상기 수용 공간에 하수를 공급하는 유입구와, 상기 수용 공간에 수용된 하수를 외부로 배출하는 배출구를 포함하며, 상기 하수 내에 포함된 유기물이 응집되는 유기물 응집 본체; 및
상기 유기물 응집 본체의 배출구를 통하여 배출된 하수로부터 고액을 분리하는 마이크로 필터를 포함하는, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 필터는 마이크로 시브(microseive)인, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 필터는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) 재질인, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 필터의 기공의 직경은 150 내지 800㎛인, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 필터는 회전 벨트형으로 구비되는, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기물 응집 본체에는 하수 내 유기물을 응집하는 응집제를 공급하는 응집제 저장조를 더 포함하는, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 응집제는 AOA(Ammonia Oxidizing Archaea), AOB(Ammonia Oxidizing Bateria) 및 NOB(Nitrite Oxidizing Bacteria)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유기물 응집 본체의 내부에 구비되어 상기 하수와 상기 응집제를 혼화시켜 상기 하수 내에 포함된 유기물을 플럭(floc)으로 성장시키는 1개 이상의 교반기를 더 포함하는, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기물 응집 본체의 내부에는 구비되며 하수에 공기를 주입해 상기 본체 내부에 하수를 순환시키는 공기 주입 장치를 더 포함하는, 컴팩트형 포기조. - 하수 내에 포함된 유기물을 응집시키는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 컴팩트형 포기조;
상기 포기조에서 응집된 플럭을 잉여 슬러지로 침전시키는 침전조;
상기 침전조에서 발생된 잉여 슬러지를 혐기성 소화시키는 혐기성 소화조; 및
혐기성 암모늄-산화 박테리아(Anammox)를 이용하여 상기 혐기성 소화조에서 발생된 암모늄 함유 폐수를 혐기성 소화시킨 뒤 상기 박테리아만을 분리하는 연속 회분식 반응조를 포함하는 하수 처리 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 포기조 전단에 하수를 고액 분리하는 1차 침전조를 더 포함하는, 하수 처리 시스템. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 1차 침전조에서 발생된 생슬러지를 혐기성 소화조로 공급하는 생슬러지 공급 배관을 더 포함하는, 하수 처리 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 혐기성 소화조에서 발생된 바이오 가스를 포집하는 바이오 가스 포집기를 더 포함하는, 하수 처리 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서,

상기 연속 회분식 반응조는 상기 처리조 내에 배치되어 상기 분리막 모듈이 장착되는 막지지프레임 및 상기 막지지프레임과 연결되고 상기 막지지프레임을 왕복시키는 왕복수단을 더 포함하는, 하수 처리 시스템. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 막지지프레임의 하단에는 상기 처리조에 축적되는 이물질을 부양시키는 이물질 부양부를 더 포함하는, 하수 처리 시스템. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 분리막 모듈은 다수의 기공을 포함하며, 상기 기공의 직경은 50 내지 150㎛인, 하수 처리 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 혐기성 암모늄-산화 박테리아는 플랑크토마이세테스(Planctomycetes)인, 하수 처리 시스템.
